From the first contact to the final collection point everything has been AMAZING ! We had a little hic-up along the way and it was dealt with professionally and with respect .Gordon and the team couldn't do enough and I would recommend them 100%. Great customer service - happy customer
I dealt with ultrasport a few years ago on a Nitro Snowboard warranty claim - very helpful team, resolved my issues and even sent sweets with the replacement to say sorry for the issues. They were so great to deal with i recently ordered a new nitro snowboard with them. Super fast shipping, arrived well wrapped and easy customer service to contact. All in all great experience both times and would use again in future. Thanks guys!
