We looked far and wide for a high quality conversation company and found a great one with UltraVans. They were excellent with us and provided an outstanding quality van for us. Build quality is fantastic and the very little aftercare we needed was second to none. Don’t go anywhere else, pick UltraVans.

Kian and the team at Ultravans delivered an outstanding experience from our first enquiry through to handover (Nov '24). Their customer service is genuinely first-class — responsive, transparent, and highly knowledgeable. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly, and at no point did I feel rushed or “sold to.” The team clearly take pride in what they do.
For us what really sets Ultravans apart is their bespoke approach. Rather than pushing a standard template conversion, they take the time to understand how you actually plan to use the campervan. From our first interaction with Ultravans, after viewing many other competitors, our small second home on wheels is finally here—and we honestly can’t stop smiling. This van is absolutely epic, and our van life dreams are now officially a reality.

From start to finish, Kian and the entire team have been nothing short of incredible. From our first enquiry right through to collection day, the communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. Nothing was ever a problem, and every question we had was answered with patience, honesty, and genuine care.

We especially appreciated the non-rushed, face-to-face appointments throughout the build process. These gave us the time to properly review every aspect of the van, from exterior options like wheels, lighting, and finishes, to interior materials, layout choices, and overall design. The team also took great care in explaining the technical side of the build, helping us create our ideal off-grid setup with the right battery, inverter, solar, Wi-Fi, and kitchen appliances to suit how we plan to travel.

The handover perfectly summed up the experience. We were given an incredibly thorough four-hour walkthrough, with everything explained clearly and at our pace, leaving us feeling confident and fully supported.

What’s been just as reassuring is that the support hasn’t stopped since taking delivery. Any time we’ve had a question, Kian and the team have been quick to respond and help. Being based in Scotland while Ultravans are in the south of England was a concern for us, but it has never been an issue.

We couldn’t be happier with the end result. The build quality, value for money, and ongoing support are exceptional. You truly won’t find a better campervan builder than these guys.

Our ultimate van looked like something we would have to have made as a bespoke conversion, until we found Ultravans.
On our first visit to the factory to view the demo van we realised that we had found what we were looking for.
Kian and the crew even made a few tweaks to accommodate our specific requirements.
During the build process we were kept up to date and consulted with progress and detailing.
The finished conversion is of the very highest standard and build quality.
After sales service has also been excellent.

We met with the Ultravans team in December 2024 to discuss our plans for a very unique Campervan, which they were able to build, we took delivery in November 2025, and we're blown away with quality of the build, and the teams ability to incorporate our specific requests for changes and adds. After buying a VW Crafter 2023 with the UltraVans’s build from a 3rd party back in March 2025. I got in contract with Kian and his team regards some info about the build as the guy I purchased the van from never really gave me a proper handover.
Kian was extremely helpful and explained everything over the phone and is always available on the phone if I was ever needing more information. UltraVans builds are extremely amazing builds and loving the vanlife touring the UK and Europe.

From sitting in a campsite next to our VWT5 and discovering Ultravans on line we could not recommend Kian and Utravans highly enough. Professional and enthusiastic about their product really doesn’t cover it. The Ultravans team communicate very well, provide excellent customer relations and most importantly give the customer exactly what is promised in the best Campervan on the market. Having recently collected our new Ultravan (Aug 24) I wanted to wait until we returned from our first proper trip away before leaving an honest and accurate review.

Having spent the past 2 weeks away in our van on a mixture of off-grid and campsites, I can whole heartedly recommend and give a massive thumbs up to Ultravans!!

From start to finish, Kian and the team have been fantastic on our journey of building the van of our dreams and I would strongly suggest anyone in the market for a premium campervan to put them at the top of their list!

It took me a long time to find a company that firstly had the perfect layout (for us) and secondly filled me with the trust and confidence I needed to commit to.
Their enthusiasm, attention to detail and quality of fit and finish is second to none.

Kian willingly listened and made a number of alterations to their usual layout for us and I can honestly say they have produced a van that we are over the moon with…. Anyone whose looked inside is blown away by how nice it is!

Unlike many conversions out there, the quality is clear to see.
All of the components used are top quality, the amount of insulation is incredible (and works), and the fit and finish is top notch….. they don’t do anything on the cheap for good reason!

There are no rattles or creaks when driving and it’s a very nice, comfortable place to be when living in it.

As others have said, after sales is as important as the build itself and again I’ve nothing but positive comments to say. Kian checks in with you a few days after collection and leaves you in no doubt that he’s on the end of the phone should you need to contact them.

Ultravans certainly live up to their name ! With great support without pressure as your build is designed, and followed up by regular updates as the build progresses. Attention to detail is apparent, it doesn't stop there, as after handover you are still important to the team, with second to none after sales service. We had an issue with our van which was no fault of Ultravans, yet they moved heaven and earth to bring a solution that same day, which sent us on our way for the weekend away that for sometime looked like we would have to abandon. We can't thank them enough for that.

We collected our van from Ultravans last week and we were not disappointed. We couldn't wait to take it out for a spin before writing these comments.

From first meeting Kian we knew we wanted Ultravans to build our campervan. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, quality and workmanship was second to none. You could feel when Kian spoke the pride and enthusiasm that emanated from him. The hard work that was put into every detail of each van they produced was evident. Everything produced was of high end premium quality with no penny pinching or corner cutting. The craftmanship was exemplary. We knew after our first visit that Ultravans was the one for us.

During the build Kian kept us up to date every step of the way with visuals as the van was being built until completion.

On delivery day the handover was thorough with no rush. A complete user manual was provided "just in case" with after sales support just a telephone call away which we hope we won't ever need.

There are a handful of converters that can claim to be crown status, but Ultravans are seriously the jewel in that crown. They don’t try to be something they are not, they don’t try to cram too much stuff into their conversion. They have a genuine passion and experience of what a campervan should be, coupled with a balance of impeccable quality and true userbility. They will more than oblige to subtle modifications on their pre offered layouts so you can adapt a layout to suit your personal needs. Kian was a delight to deal with and incredibly knowledgable. He carries out the design and best advice to get you the ‘ultra’ van you truly aspire to. He also gets hands on with much of the critical work carried out by them. You truly get a sense that their vans are built, not bought….you are not just another customer!
After a 15 month wait for our build slot (you can’t rush quality) we took delivery of our own Ultravan in early Nov 2023, and it did not disappoint!! The upgrades were fabulous, fit and finish excelled our expectations and Ultravans delivered on their promise of an Ultravan!! So much so they even uploaded a video of our van on YouTube!! We are extremely proud and satisfied beyond belief of what Kian, Luke and Taff have provided us….a home from home!! Yes the build slots seem so long but believe me it’s worth the wait!! Cannot recommend this company enough!! Thank you Ultravans for starting our new journey in such an epic van, we can’t sing your praises more. If people wish to see our van we are happy to show proof of your outstanding work! 10/10!!!

This being our first campervan we made sure we did our research before deciding on who would do the conversion. From our initial emails with Kian it became clear that Ultravans were the front runners. But as soon as we met with him at Ultravans HQ it was obvious that these guys were head and shoulders above the rest.
Decision made.
We even decided on colours etc on the first meeting.
We had wheels delivered to them, a wheel carrier also. We had outsourced dashcam and tracker who did the work at UV HQ...nothing was any trouble to Kian.
Plenty of communication throughout the build with suggestions and ideas back and forth.
Finally the collection day arrived. Kian kindly collected us from the train station for the much anticipated 'great reveal'.

We were not disappointed. We absolutely love our van. We only collected it 2 days ago so haven't been anywhere yet but we both find excuses to nip out to the drive to 'do something' in the van.
As other reviewers have said, the attention to detail, the workmanship, the knowledge from Kian and team was fantastic.
No doubt I will have question further down the road and I also have no doubt I will be met with the same friendly voice with all the answers.

From when we first met Kian at Ultra Vans, who talked about the various possibilities for our prospective new campervan conversion, we were hooked. You couldn't fail to be impressed by Kian's knowledge and enthusiasm. He really listened to what we wanted, and just as importantly what we didn't want. We went through colours, textures and some personalisations to make this build perfect for us. We knew we were going to buy a campervan and Ultra Vans was just the place to fulfill our dreams! 
We were kept informed throughout the whole build process and the day to collect it soon came around. The handover was very thorough and detailed, even though we had previously owned a campervan, as there were some subtle differences from what we were used to. The workmanship and quality were superb. To say that we're over the moon with our campervan is an understatement. We absolutely love it!
