Ultra Web Hosting goes above and beyond…

Ultra Web Hosting goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. The domains and prices are great, but they excel in the personal connections and problem solving that is needed from time to time. In most places it is impossible to get in touch with an expert. The team at Ultra web hosting has someone answer your requests in the chat window every time I've needed it. Then they work through the issue on their end and from my experience always exceeds my expectations. My wordpress site was basically dead. They went in and diagnosed the issue, updated PHP, updated wordpress, patched plugins, installed spam protections and more. All in about 25 minutes. This is real customer service in a technical field done perfectly. This team knows how to get it done. Highly recommended.
