awful experience, gave the company precise bifold door measurements including a height of 2145 (which they included these measurements on the invoice and drawings) - when the bifolds arrived and were fitted with a gap of 15mm, when measured the doors were only 2130 instead of the 2145.
company unhelpful with resolving the matter and now left with doors that are too short. Would not recommend this company

Hi, We’re sorry to read this review and that the experience has been frustrating.
We would like to clarify that we have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter. This included asking for the frames to be returned to us so we could assess them properly and, if required, manufacture replacement doors to achieve a suitable solution.
Unfortunately, despite these offers, we have not been able to progress the matter collaboratively. We always aim to work with our customers to find a fair resolution, and it is disappointing that this could not be brought to a conclusion.
