Product broke down 2-weeks later…

Product arrived okay but broke down within 2-weeks - I tried explaining to service section, but they wanted a video proof, which I sent and now they want another video proof. I tossed the item & will never ever use them again.

Breaks to easy

Looks great, but plastic is to brittle and fragile so breaks way to easy. Should be a better and more fine-tuned plastic material

EDITED: Slow Delivery, Poor Customer Service, Solid Product

EDIT: I have received the order and it is a great quality. It was just so disappointing how slow it came and how poor the customer service is.

Made an order 22 June. Still not received the product. Had one email from them claiming they have had “trouble with the courier.” Nothing since, but had the audacity to request a review for the order THAT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED. A real shame, I made the order after seeing a recommendation from MKBHD in one of the Studio videos.

I do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer support

Absolutely horrible customer support. I’ve first had problems with a delay of almost 2 months with my order. During that time they answered one out of 5 emails.

Due to poor quality, items I’ve ordered have completely broken down and after multiple weeks and emails I have not received any response. Would not recommend this to anyone.

They claim my order was fulfilled

They claim my order was fulfilled, but I did not receive the desk mat I ordered. I've contacted them several times using their contact form, but they do not answer. I guess I'll have to report it as fraud. What a waste of my time.

The worst. An online shopping scam!

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. It’s been almost 6 weeks since my order was placed and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve repeatedly followed up via email. My first 2 emails were ignored, a generic response to my third about looking into the issue and my follow-ups since have been ignored. ULX sent a link to leave a review … I never post reviews but as they made it so easy to do so and considering how poor the customer service has been I thought it important to warn fellow shoppers.

Good Customer Service, bad product quality

The customer service was good, but the products have bad quality.
I ordered the Weekender, and the zipper has broken. The customer service accepted my return and I chose the Holdall as a replacement. But the zipper also has broken with the Holdall. I won't buy another product from this store

Order never received, no one to respond

#29675 thats for ULX store to find me.
Order never arrived due to a problem with them not providing the info to UK post. I sent some many emails, insta, use their website. NO RESPONSE AT ALL! and not a phone num to call! i'm short of 50quids and i have no product and no one is taking care of it! a big scam!
