Ordered two lamps from oficial website. Found them 5min later with a huge discount in another retailer, sent them an e mail to ask how this could be possible, answer was that other shops can sell their products with the discount they want.
After 12 days from purchase, still didnt get them delivered to my delivery adress, which is starting to be worrying.
Beautiful (and expensive) lamps that I still didnt see but customer service is really low.

First and foremost: I bought the Silvia lamp almost 30 years ago and I loved it. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw that they still offered replacement for the worn leaves! I ordered them and they arrived in no time! Unbelievable service! Congratulations and thank you!

The designs are great and special - the customer experience is not. The lounge chair is advertised with the claim that you can change the upholstery, however, that is not available on the website. The webshop does not answer to emails and overall customer support is sluggish. Finally, parcels are send with GLS not to your home adress but directly delivered to some pick-up points far away. That is not convincing at all.

I have gone all in on Umage's Eos feather lampshades in our home. They look so pretty and really create a common look and feel between rooms and floors. I have chosen white and grey colours. The smaller lamps are a little bit tricky to assemble so a bit of patience is needed, particularly for the table lamps. Still, very happy with the purchase.

Customer support in this company does not work at all. sent an enquiry regarding online purchase I wanted to make, it took 4,5days to get an answer and wrong one, on top of it, resulting in me ordering wrong item. Tried to stop delivery, requested that my order is changed, complained regarding the order...for all of these, I never got the response at all. my order didn't arrive yet.

My order dit not arrive after two and a half weeks waiting time without any explanation. Two written requests to customer service remain unanswered. The link in the order confirmation e-mail is not working. This is unpleasant.

I never received my lamp, customer service is not reachable. I can only say DO NOT order anything. I just want my money back. I now have to escalate this via PayPal, can’t believe on top of the money spend, I have to waste all this time trying to sort this out. Mayor disappointment.
