Designs are great! Clothing quality is just ok

Great cotton quality, beautyfull designs, and fast delivery service is what i expect from a brand and UMAI gives me all three

exceptional quality material and stitching.
umai is the kind of merchandise brand that you hope delivers well. then, you use their product, and you keep doing so. i have forgotten to critique them over the many months since i found their brand, because i have no meaningful words against them.
the prices are fair, and they only gets better with each deal that they frequently release. i haven’t any complaints for them

Not bad, some of the shirts i have received feel thinner and others have felt heavier. for the armholes, they feel more broken out on some, and a bit more flimsy.

I like the company, just wish it had better consistency.

The quality of the products are amazing and the delivery time is great. Perfect as a daily shirt for outside or a gift for friends.

Best designed graphic shirts I have seen. Other products, like oversized shirts, stickers and posters, also have high quality.

The designs keep getting better, and the Buy 2 Get 2 is always too good to pass up. Pricing all around is entirely fair, and every shirt I've ordered so far has fit true to size and looks incredible in-person.

The shirts are so cool, I’ve never seen a storefront with so many designs that always hit. The material is also super comfy and feels great to wear. The printing on the shirts feel so well done, and did I mention how good the designs are? Trust me when I say every shirt I’ve gotten I love

I cant recommend them in good faith. The prices are extremely high for what you get. Some of the designs are nice, but they were also exposed for using AI in the past as well. Quality is good but after a few washes, the art can get messed up

My second order is shiping havent had a bad experience yet🤙

I ordered T-shirts that turned out way too small. Normally not a big deal, it happens when you order clothes online.
I contacted support and got a reply pretty quickly. But support just kept talking in circles and tried everything to stop me from returning the items. You also have to cover the return shipping costs yourself. Then they asked what other clothes I wanted instead, and when I said I just want my money back, they kept pushing more products.

It’s been 2 weeks since they received my package and still no refund. When I reached out again to ask where my money was, they tried to twist it and claim I did something wrong with the return.

Luckily I paid with PayPal and already opened a case there. The company doesn’t even respond to PayPal either, which honestly works in my favor, I can escalate the case after 7 days and get my money back that way.

Stay away from this shop!

Screen printing was awful quality, the tshirt quality itself was cheap and tacky, designs turned up looking nothing like they were advertised, colouration and quality was not the same as shown in picture. Extremely disappointed considering the price paid for them. Such a shame as awsome designs but the quality of the product does not to the original designs justice

Good quality. Fast delivery (in EU 2-3 work days). It's fine, 20 usd for tshirt is fair price.

Bought multiple shirts from them (7 at the time i'm writing this review)
I was scared at first of the quality but I got really surprised (In a good way).
I def recommend it.
