Umarex USA, Inc Reviews

I have a bad shoulder and it hurts to cycle the gun and I didn't want to use CO2 cartridges. The Komplete fit my specification perfectly. I'm not sure how I didn't get the better scope with it but the one that came with it is good but I plan on upgrading it. Umarex claims the bottle's good for 45 shots and that's exactly what I got before the performance degraded at 25yds, the last four shots were 3rd quadrant and the pellet was tumbling.

The weapon itself works fine, but there are problems. First off, the magazine breaks easily. There is a small plastic piece tab on the bottom that snaps off if the magazine is not slid in Perfectly. (The gun cannot be fired without the magazine; making the gun useless.)

This leads me to the next issue: The instructions come in such fine print that a magnifying glass must be used to read it, plus the picture is vague and uses colors that merges the picture into the background.

Finally, tech. support is totally non-existent (there no actual tech support phone number), consisting only of a sales person....who doesn't know nothin'.

This air gun the M1A1 was delivered with a faulty magazine that was not sealing when CO2 cartridges were pierced. I had also ordered a second magazine with the purchase and that one was the same. Had to take all down to a local gun shop to have them replace all the o ring seals and they even provided spare o rings for me. Out of the box it was a horrible experience, but once these issues were solved I have been enjoying shooting it.

The two cowboy pistol replicas are amazing. It does give the feel, like being back during the times when those kind of weapons reigned. The shooting is smooth and accurate too. All in all, an amazing purchase.

Thank you for reaching out to me. I recently ordered a xtra magazine for my brand new PO8 blowback model I purchased from pyramid air. The original magazine works perfectly.
I have been unable to get this extra magazine to function properly in my brand new PO8.

It appears to be jamming while loading a bb. A replacement would be appreciated.
Thank you for asking.

I had hoped that it would have a closer spread on targets. It is still pretty good, though.
I bought it mainly for the feel and shape of a Luger so i'm really satisfied.

Perfect replacement clip.
Easy online purchase and fast shipping.
What else can ask for,?
Will order again.
Beats Amazon prices too!

Delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Product was as good as described. All items shipped together. Very satisfied.

every thing works good now the rotary clips aren't the greatest had to take it to 3 gun smiths to figure them out and load it once loaded that first clip has to be loaded just right or your bolt wont push in.

No hassle ordering. Moving from one product to another is a little clunky but descriptions and videos are well done.

Great rifle, looks and shoots well. Arrived in good condition.

i found what i needed easily on your site and it shipped quickly.

I purchased the Notos gen 2 .22 pcp air rifle. I had to wait for the item to be in stock but I was so impressed with the gen 1 I was going to buy another until I read about the gen 2. It was worth the wait. Your guns are extremely well designed and very reasonably priced. Thank you!

The quality

Was easy to order, was keep informed about my order and I got it in a reasonable time! Everything came and no problem with my order.

Easy to navigate and make purchases no box

The gun i purchased was junk. I was able to fire only 3 pellets and thats it. Jammed constantly. Tried to return for refund but they would charge me shipping and 15% restocking. They did pay for shipping if I wanted it repaired. As soon as they received the gun back I was issued a refund. It was all a big run around for a Chinese piece of crap.

The URX komplete is poorly designed the barrel twist it’s not stable I do not recommend this product to nobody not worth $200 do not waste your money buy something better
