My orders always come in a day or two! Speedy delivery and amazing products, really good customer service and the new quiz helps a lot understanding what products you need.

I used the Thirsty Curls Collection after taking Umberto Giannini’s quiz, and I’m so glad I did. My wavy/frizzy hair felt super hydrated and the frizz was way more manageable. Delivery was fast — my order arrived within 48 hours! I’ve also tried the Frizz Fix range and it made my hair unbelievably smooth. Huge fan!

I took the quiz on the website and had some questions over some of the ingredients in the products as I have quite lengthly allergies, the team could not have been more helpful! They also have clearpay so I could spread the payment over several weeks, really good

Paid nearly £40 for the products they recommended after completing their quiz and my hair has never looked worse. it’s a strongly frizzy mess and can’t even comb it out. Emailed them to complain and they just ignored me

My hair is permed and I bought a variety of products for permed hair ie shampoo,conditioner,mask and scrunch jelly,none of the products are cheap,I’ve only the used the products once because they turned my hair into a dry frizzy mess,I’m sat here ,my hair smothered in a intensive Olaplex conditioning mask under a plastic shower cap in the hope my hair is restored to normal.

Ordered hair dye that showed ingredients on their site, all good! but then when I received it they had ommitted to write "hydrogen peroxide" which is in it! as it said on box! Deceiving I would say. I emailed this concern. I got a reply saying they would refund me if I sent it back, no mention of the fact they are duping customers into thinking that there hair dyes are natural etc, plus both addresses I have got 1 off the box it came in and the one I was given to return it to don't seem to exist........ Time will tell when I send it back, I emailed them about this but have no response as yet! I will update this accordingly.

Signed up to have the customer discount, I got emailed a code, when I went to purchase and put in the discount code it stated the code was invalid..

And after seeing all these other reviews, I don't think it will be worth chasing to be honest.

⛔️⛔️ Just bought the scalp reviving dandruff hair scrub, shampoo and conditioner from boots.
Please don’t use this products!!! I’m just out the shower and appalled about how much hair loss I just had after 1 use!!
Looked up the ingredients and it has most of the bad ingredients that cause hair loss!!
Why on earth do these company’s get away with selling these products is beyond me!!
Please always check the ingredients on your shampoos and conditioners

Ordered a few items including serum and scrunching jelly. These 2 items leaked in transit, I emailed customer services and they were sent again no problem. I love the products and any problems have always been resolved

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Love the products but the customer service is appalling. I placed an order a month ago and paid a ridiculous price of £6.90 despite their standard rate being £3.95 on orders under £20. I received 1 item in a jiffy bag and nothing else. I have spent the past 3.5 weeks trying to get in touch with someone via email and Instagram and by phone but nobody got back to me until last week and I think that's only because I was commenting on their posts asking for a response. I was informed that they would send the rest of the order and receive an email from the warehouse with dispatch details - didn't receive one and still no order. I have asked for a refund more than once and I'm getting nowhere. Absolutely shocking and unfortunately I won't be buying from them again.

I bought the Grow bundle. It smells amazing! The scrub and mask are good, but the shampoo and conditioner made my hair really greasy. I’ve also noticed that on their website, they only publish 5* reviews because I tried to leave them one and they won’t publish it. Beware

Absolutely appalling customer service! I ordered x2 scrunching jellys and only one arrived. I'm at my wits end trying to get hold of someone to sort it out. I've emailed the customer service email, no response. Called the customer service line and left an answerphone message, no response. Messaged on Instagram and guess what? No response! Does their customer service even exist!? This is ridiculous! I feel I've been cheated for my money. I definitely won't order from them again if this is how it's going to be!

Ordered some products, never received them. Contacted customer service via email 2 times and called them twice too. No answer, they have totally ignored me. Tried to approach via Instagram, lady said they have never received my emails, so I asked about the phone calls, she said she passed my contact. Guess what? No one tried to contact me either....extremely poor/horrible customer service

I had an issue with the product and they got back to me so quickly and solved my problem.

Don’t waste your time. Ordered something over a week ago. Didn’t hear anything so I messaged them asking where it was. Apparently the items were all out of stock and the system should’ve refunded me automatically but didn’t.
Checked my card. No refund yet.
Don’t bother a huge waste of time and I have a feeling I’m going to be chasing for that refund too.

Horrendous customer service. Wrong item delivered. They kept arguing it’s just old packaging. But it wasn’t as advertised. It wasn’t just the packaging that was the problem it said volumising shampoo on it instead of thickening. It didn’t match the conditioner so as a present it looks awful and Mis matched. I can’t return as I’m self isolating and they refused to put it right. So anyway never again will they get any custom from me.

I made my first order with the discount code for signing up. The discount code did not work. The order then arrived with half of what I ordered and charged for it all. Not very good experience

Never received my order, was told to email rather than my questions being answered on the phone, very poor customer service and order sent without tracking. Having to go through pay pal to get a refund as getting no replies via email.

Love this company, love the products. I have struggled with my curly hair all my life and these products really suit it, particularly the Curl Whip mousse and Weatherproof Curls finishing cream, I can't live without them now. Plus the products are cruelty free which I love. I ordered some products recently and they arrived quickly and were packaged well.
