Unfortunately umbrella was flimsy
Unfortunately umbrella was flimsy, not the best quality, looked cheap. The umbrella also had dirt marks on it. Umbrella was expensive to return so wasn’t worth it.

This type of delivery is not typical for our customers and for that we do apologise. Once we were made aware of the issue we raised an enquiry with the courier who advised us that they had contacted you - only once we received your review did we realise that this was not the case.
We have contacted you a few times to rectify this issue and we did ship out another umbrella using a different courier which has arrived and tracking has advised that it has been picked up. We also refunded half of your shipping as a gesture of good will.
I would like to apologise again for the delay you experienced in receiving your umbrella, and I hope that your replacement does a wonderful job for you for many years to come.
