For over almost two years
For over almost two years, I have been a customer of Umbrellaphant and I can happy recommend their service to anyone! They are very professional, prompt with communications and always notify well in advance for anything that might appear different from expected deliverables. All questions and queries are always responded efficiently and promptly. Payments are always on time and accurate. I have changed multiple contracts and Umbrellaphant have worked with the agencies compliance team to accommodate me. I have so far onboarded Umbrellaphant to 4 different agencies. I highly recommend Umbrellaphant. Best umbrella company out there and very competitive rates too!

Customer Focused Umbrella Company. Highly recommended
For over a year I have been a customer of Umbrellaphant and I can honestly say they have gone above and beyond the "standard" umbrella company. All questions to do with holiday pay, P60's and pensions have been responded to quickly and efficiently. Payment is on time and accurate. I am currently changing contracts and Umbrellaphant have worked with the agencies compliance team to transition my new contract. I highly recommend Umbrellaphant.
