Excelent services, nice drivers.

Excellent value for money. We booked a transfer for 6 people to Gatwick in the early hours. All went very smoothly. Compared to the other quotes I received, this was by far the cheapest.

This was our second time using umbrella transfers for airport drop off & pick up. They are excellent, I highly recommend, I very stupidly made a couple of errors with my booking & they changed it last minute with zero issues, they communicate very well, you can track the driver & contact them directly via whatsapp. Reasonable prices. The staff are friendly & very helpful, and the same for both our drivers. We will always use them for any future trips, thank you Umbrella Transfers

Edit: after posting my review, Umbrella Transfers got back in touch to provide a 25% refund. I appreciate their efforts to make things right, though only after publicly providing feedback, and have adjusted my rating to reflect that.

Would not recommend for peace of mind. Taxi was 30 minutes late and nothing but a “thank you for your patience”. Even national rail does better than that with partial refunds for delays.

I reached out to them before I wrote this review because I wanted to give them a chance to correct the situation. They replied to apologize but said because the trip has already been completed, they can’t offer any kind of compensation.

I gave them the opportunity to do better, but unfortunately, they chose not to and as a result, I feel a duty to inform fellow future riders of the unreliability of the service. Save yourself the stress and schedule an Uber instead, they always turn up on time/early.

I had great experience going to Gatwick airport at night. Wasn`t sure about them, never used before, but it was great, the driver was on time, very polite and nice guy, clean car, smooth driving, arrived on time. Will use them again! Thanks

Very professional service, having booked a transfer from home to the airport. The driver arrived early, was very courteous and friendly throughout the ride, and really made the journey smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended service.

I arrived to London Heathrow Airport in late evening around 9pm. The driver had arrived early and he texted me. That’s was a big relief for me. He continuously kept in touch with me.
And clear guidance was given about where to meet. The car was very comfortable and he offered me a water bottle and the WiFi password. That was almost 2 and half hour journey and on the way he bought a hot chocolate for me too. He played my preferred music in the car.
And finally, in the hospital he waited till I collect my keys from the hospital.
Therefore, don’t think twice when you decide to book a taxi with this company. You will get a VIP care definitely as name implies.

A great find for a long-distance journey when the trains were up the spout. Very capable driver, made good time and a reasonable price capped it off. They're app is also one of the better ones I've experienced in terms of functionality and journey tracing. Will definitely be using them again.
