The interaction and advice that I've received from Hector has been fantastic! The training materials have been very informative with step by step instruction on how to be a success.
I recently underwent emergency triple bypass heart surgery. I had been a customer of Umbrella for 5+ years. I had purchased a product from them with a 30 day money back guarantee. Unfortunately I was in ICU on day 30, and tried to get a refund on day 31, as the surgery had practically bankrupted me. I explained all of this to Umbrella support, and they callously refused to offer me a refund, knowing full well the dire circumstances of my situation. It was absolutely devasting to me. Please stay far away from these heartless people.
UPDATE: My receipt number 2044-568 says I paid $695.00 on April 27, 2025. At 9:21pm on May 26, 2025 I was charged another $695.00 by receipt number 2466-4753. At 10:55pm on May 26, 2025 I requested a refund for the payment that JUST hit at 9:21pm, and "if at all possible" the payment of $695.00 that was charged 30 days prior on April 27, 2025. I also explained that I had been in INTENSIVE CARE on day 30, and had just gotten out of ICU when I requested the refund, as I had been in ICU for 4 days between May 22-26. So I requested the refund within TWO HOURS of the 30 day refund period, and as soon as humanly possible! So saying that I was "well past the refund period" is just a PURE LIE on your part. Saying that you incurred many expenses because I was well past the refund period is total BS as well. I'm the one who had over $30 GRAND out-of-pocket expenses, and asking for a measly $695 x 2, which was within HOURS of the refund period, seems VERY reasonable by me. Your lack of humanity and understanding is beyond disgusting. And telling lies on Trustpilot won't change the FACTS,

Pertinent to the reply of Umbrella that I could not respond by doing another review, I am putting this on top.
I wanted to do another review of this company pertinent to their reply that they allegedly sent me an email advising the renewal of UDTI when I had long opted-out from UDTI on 11/12/2023 for which I sought a refund. They allegedly sent me an email that might have gone to my spam folder that I did not find, and which I could have rejected this renewal. The fact is that I had discontinued UDTI on 11/12/2023, therefore, anything attached to UDTI would by implication of law, also would have been terminated. The company could not have just gone with billing my card without my concurrence. And, the company could not have just assumed that I approved the RENEWAL that had been terminated or discontinued on 11/12/2023. That is simply wrong and is considered theft. Their justification that it was a mandatory renewal of UDTI with the inclusion of SAATCHI is disgusting because how could you renew something that has been discontinued on 11/12/2023. Shame
I wonder why this company has billed my card when the last communication I had with them was on 11/12/2023 when I first bought from their site a software called UDTI, which cost me NZD 990.51 which I've asked to be refunded within the fourteen (14) days warranty period because I find the system useless. And Umbrella had refunded me this amount on 29/12/2023.
I was shocked to find out today, 2/6/2025 that they took out money illegally from my card considering that I did not buy this SAATCHI V2 per receipt that they issued. I did not participate in any manner in purchasing this. Further, I have even removed their email from my email list because I have been inundated with all sorts of rubbish emails. So, why would this company bill my card for something that I did not even buy?
This company must be in dire straight because even if I did not buy this Saatchi v2, yet, they are forcing it on me by charging my card without my concurrence. This is wrong. This company should reverse me the amount of USD95 equivalent to NZD170.34 immediately, as otherwise, I will report them to my bank for their unlawful practice.

My experience with the Umbrella Group was beyond disappointing—it was a nightmare. While they present themselves as a comprehensive back-office solution that simplifies your operations, my reality was the complete opposite.
The worst part? Their salespeople and account executives will say whatever it takes to get you to sign up. After a year of not finding the value they claimed, I decided to cancel my subscription. Despite this, they charged me a $4,500 renewal fee. I only got this refunded after my attorney sent a strongly worded letter.
But it gets worse. One of my clients is now being sued by Umbrella. The sales representative assured me that their contracts were just boilerplate and that clients could cancel without issue if they weren’t satisfied after three months. While the contract didn’t explicitly say this, I was led to believe it wouldn’t be enforced because the legal costs of pursuing a breach would outweigh the potential recovery. Against my better judgment, I moved forward based on their assurances.
When my client canceled their contract, and I had already ended my subscription, Umbrella unauthorizedly drafted funds from my bank account. To this day, I haven’t been able to recover that money. Meanwhile, my client is dealing with a lawsuit.
The Umbrella Group is not what they claim to be. What they promise and what they deliver are worlds apart. If you’re considering working with them, my advice is simple: don’t.
