I had booked my kiswah tour and had good communication with Mr Khalid .But last moment due to Ramadan my tour got cancelled .The team was extremely helpful in accommodating if I wanted substitute tour .They were very supportive n helpful in refunding the amount I paid for my tour .
Once I get chance I will try booking with them again since I can trust the company for future Ummrah plans n if any other tours .

I recently completed my Umrah journey with Umrah Xpress, and I can confidently say it was a truly 5-star experience — even beyond that!
From the very beginning, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, which allowed me to focus completely on my spiritual journey. The visa arrangements, flights, hotel bookings, and ground transport were all perfectly organized.
I travelled with 2 young children and 2 elderly parents, and I was naturally concerned about comfort, accessibility, and smooth logistics. However, Umrah Xpress accommodated all of our needs perfectly. From suitable hotel arrangements close to the Haram, to comfortable transport and thoughtful planning, everything was handled with great care and attention. They truly understood the needs of a family travelling with both children and elderly members.
A very special mention goes to Khalid bhai, who provided exceptional support throughout. He was always available to answer questions, guide us step by step, and ensure that every detail was taken care of. His dedication, patience, and sincerity truly made a difference. It felt like we had someone personally invested in making our Umrah experience comfortable and memorable. Every person i had contact with from Umrah Xpress was kind, understanding and extremely helpful.
The hotels were conveniently located close to the Haram, the transportation was punctual and comfortable, and the overall coordination was seamless. Everything went exactly as promised — and even exceeded expectations.

I didn’t book with them as of yet but what I will say is I was looking around for a long time for a good umrah package and they got me the best deal in my requirements and they got me a good airline very cheap affordable and very responsive everything was done very fast not like other umrah agents take days to reply so I will definitely recommend them for 5* packages very cheap and also I dealt with hina the customer service was amazing so definitely book with them

Exceptional Umrah Experience Thanks to Brother Ahmad
I have used Umrah Express Travels many times, and brother Ahmad exceeds expectations every single time. His level of customer excellence is outstanding. He is consistently supportive, proactive, and genuinely cares about delivering the best possible experience. He takes the time to tailor every package exactly to my needs, and I honestly couldn’t fault him.
I have high standards when it comes to hotels, as I like to return to a comfortable and relaxing hotel at the end of a long day, and Brother Ahmad went above and beyond in choosing the perfect hotels. They were all 5 star, really nice, in excellent locations, with exceptional service throughout.
The ground transport was flawless , the correct car was always provided for the number of passengers and amount of baggage, with all details taken in advance. This level of organisation made the entire journey completely stress free and shows how thoughtful and professional brother Ahmad is.
We travelled to Dubai first and then went on to Um’rah, and there were no issues at all. The Ziyarah was beautiful, and being shown Badr for the first time was an unforgettable experience.
To finish, brother Ahmad is an honest, trustworthy, and genuinely sincere individual whose customer service is truly exemplary. He is incredibly patient, especially when I needed to make changes, and he handled everything with calmness, understanding, and professionalism without ever making it feel like an inconvenience. His attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to ensuring everything runs smoothly truly set him apart. He is a real credit to Umrah Express Travel and someone you can place complete trust in.
