Brother Usama was recommend to me by a close family member. He planned our trip from the UK to Pakistan, Pakistan to Saudi Arabia for Umrah and then back to the UK. He applied for our visas, organised all transporting, hotel and airline. Really impressed by his friendly and professional approach.

We recently booked our Umrah trip with Kiswah Tours, and the experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel in Makkah was lovely, though situated on a hill which was a bit of a personal challenge for us. However, this did not detract from the hotel itself, which was clean, comfortable, and provided a great base for our stay.

Our stay at the Pullman Zam Zam hotel in Medina has been nothing short of excellent. The service, facilities, and overall experience exceeded our expectations and added to the spiritual beauty of our journey.

A heartfelt thank you to Malik for all his support and for arranging everything so seamlessly. The transfers and Ziyarah trips were incredibly well-organized. The drivers were punctual, professional, and communicative, which made everything stress-free.

Overall, our trip has been wonderful, Alhamdulillah. May Allah accept our Ibadah, Ameen. We highly recommend Kiswah Tours for anyone planning their Umrah.

From the moment I paid my deposit, I have been carried along with all necessary information...it was my first time and I also travelled alone but I was not alone .
The service was topnotch 👍 the transport from jeedah airport to the hotel
Which was not too far from the haram.
Also to my medinah hotel which was a walking distance to Rawdah.
Alihamdullai also coming back was so easy. I will be going inshallah 🙏 and definitely with your company.
I also forgot to include I had someone that guided me with my imrah.

I have a 4 star cause I believe there's always room for improvement but the service was perfect. I was attended to by Muhammad Sheryar. Specifically there was a lady named Muqaddas, she guided us on all the matters and gave us the best services by booking hotels, flights and taxi which were exceptionally good for us in terms of their services and value.

Muqaddas - The agent who handled and made all the necessary arrangements for my family's Umrah Trip was absolutely brilliant. Muqaddas was my sole contact point who coordinated between us and the Visa department, the hotels and the drivers throughout the entire trip. Once all arranged Muqaddas kept in touch whilst we were in Madinah and also in Makkah. Finally arrived back to the UK Muqaddas got in touch and wanted to ensure we arrived safely and that everything was OK.

Our umrah experience was amazing. Such a life changing experience, which me and my family will treasure for the rest of our lives. All praise to Allah سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى for allowing us to come to Makkah and Medina. I also want to say a big thank you to sister Muqaddas for her support for arranging everything. Soon as we spoke to her we knew we had made the right decision in choosing Kiswah Tours to arrange our Umrah. Even whilst in Saudi Arabia, sister Muqaddas was checking up on how everything was going, making sure we was okay soon as we landed in Saudi Arabia and if we arrived back to UK safely. The transport company arranged by Muqaddas from the Jeddah Airport to Makkah and then from Makkah to Medina was excellent.
