Careful

Careful. After I installed this Russian companies product on my server, it was hacked. Maybe not by them but by russian bots.

I have proofs. I lost my entire SITE. I forgot to backup too. I was in distress for weeks. I had to restart everything over.

I do not recommend. Looks good, free and very juicy offers but you will get hacked by the russian hackers who know how to hack their system and script.

Hello, Relaxation Paradise.

Sorry to hear that your site has been hacked. Let me address your claims in detail:

1. UNA is not a "Russian" company. We do have some Russian employees, who happen to be some of the world's best software engineers. All our employees have been working with us for at least 10 years, all 100% reputable, reliable specialists that have never engaged in any hacking/spamming activity of any kind.

2. UNA is an open-source platform, which is reviewed and versted regularly. There are no know vulnarabilityes at the moment, and when any apepar we patch them straigh away.

3. UNA is a framework that can be configured in many ways. If you configure it without enabling anti-spam features, re-captcha and email verification tools (and preferrably 2FA) it is possible that your site could be targeted by generic spam bots. This is happening to any site with low security settings, regardless of the platform used.

4. Since you mentioned that you've "lost the site" and "forgot to make backups", I assume that you are self-hosting. Please, note that when self-hosting, you are likely to be running cPanel and potentilaly some other software on your server, which may also be vulnarable if not updated or configured correctly. There is no way we can prevent these issues from happening in this case, since this would have nothign to do with UNA.

5. Our team is the industry leading socal software provider, workign with thousands of companies. We never engage in any "hacking" activity, nor do we have any incentive to do so. Claiming that you have "proofs" of us hacking your site is a serious accusation, which you need to either submit via relevant government authorities, or retract ASAP, since it is both freevollous and damaging.

6. We invite your to email us via support@una.io and send us any relevant information to investigate further.
