Overall very happy.

We were able to get an update via email fairly quickly after attempting to call nearing the 20 working days that our mattress was on way to the uk and should be with us soon.

Delivery was just one day off the 20 working days, unfortunately DPD didn’t attempt to deliver it that day so was an extra day out. On delivery I could see why it was delayed, the first box was split and taped up with DPD tape however other two boxes were good condition and all contents were intact. I did have to help the delivery driver bring in the boxes.

As for the actual mattress, all layers were nicely packaged with “handmade with love” stickers on each bag, we also received a cute mini hot water bottle. It was pretty easy to get setup however I did have to go on the website to figure out how to configure the layers for different firmnesses, would of been nice to receive some written instructions but I was still able to find the information I needed fairly easily. I tried all and settled on the medium which to me feels more like a firm. My partner is happy with the soft. So far it’s been 4 nights and I’ve had much better quality of sleep and less pain (chronic pain sufferer due to hyper mobility). We’d previously purchased a hybrid mattress about 2 months prior at similar price point which was absolutely awful. The difference really is night and day. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Una.

Delivered after 28 working days (website mentioned 20 working days) and it's impossibile to get hold of anyone in the Customer Service to have an update about the shipment. Please improve your Customer Service. The pillows are great tough.

I’ve been using the Una Organic mattress for a few weeks and it’s been great. The adjustable firmness is a good feature, and I sleep much better now. It feels comfortable and I love that it’s made from natural materials. Definitely recommend it.

A fraudulent scam company. But something else.
I paid for a mattress and they went in to liquidation. Started up again with the sane name and website m and don't respond to calls or emails.
These are scammers and fraudulent

placed an order early august after receiving an email from una proudly announcing that they were back in business. i placed an order, with delivery times of 5 to 10 days. 45 days later and still no sign. emails always apologetic and advising it will be with me the by the end of next week.....
update - order arrived 19th September. I am happy with the products, just a shame it was such an effort to receive them. hopefully Una will improve their dispatch times

I ordered a very expensive mattress earlier this year and after a long wait was told the company had 'gone into liquidation'. I got my money back as I had paid by credit card but many people were not so lucky. I would never order anything from anyone connected with Una again and I am amazed to see them back in business. OK so they are claiming that Versigo has now taken Una over but is Versigo offering refunds to all the customers who lost money or has Versigo just bought the assets? There is something very very fishy about this company and the way it trades.

Response to Versigo: I appreciate the reply below from Versigo. BUT a lot of people lost money and credit card companies picked up the tab for the rest of us - something we will all be paying for. Versigo presumably bought the assets but those could and should have been sold to reimburse the innocent victims.

I ordered a very expensive mattress a month ago. After I chased it up I received a circular email to say the company was in liquidation. No further contact despite my emails. Needless to say I will.be taking legal advice. Disgraceful, thieving cheats. Update, I've received a reply from the new owners of Una, which is great. They've offered me a duvet which is also great but I'd also like my money back.

Thankfully only ordered a pillow but a month and a half later still no delivery and instead of refunding me they kept saying they have staffing issues, seems like a standard UK response these days (thanks Brexit!) and now I read apparently they have gone bust. Great!

The German company is called Una Organic GmbH( (una-organic.de) and they have stopped taking orders and have just a dud phone line. The trademarks were owned from the UK so it looks like a planned operation to sink the whole lot in one go.
A friend has lost 1.5k and most likely so have many others.

Please don't order anything from them ! Didn't believe it when, reading recent reviews, people were saying they had gone into liquidation. It was only a few days ago they had reassured me that the mattress would be delivered very soon. Today, after chasing them yet again, I'm told they have indeed gone into liquidation.

I placed an order with Una on 03 February 2024 and have spent almost a £1000. I am still waiting for it to be delivered and I have reached out to them on multiple attempts to ask for a status update. They have not responded and I am very concerned this is all a big scam!

This company has gone into liquidation! Do not buy anything from this company. They have stolen over £2k from me.

I have never slept so well in my life.

I was hesitant at first because of not being able to try out Una before buying but after speaking with one of the team & having the 100 night trial explained, it seemed like a no brainer.

My mattress arrived & was so easy to set up after watching the video on the website & I’ve never looked back since. It’s hard to believe that I’d put up with sleeping so poorly for over 20 years but that has all changed now.

A fantastic streamlined service from start to finish. It feels like a dream every morning having such a deep comfortable sleep.

I ordered the Una Junior mattress for my son a few months ago and as a technophobe was pleasantly surprised with how easy I found it to navigate their website. The delivery/service was seamless and we were super happy with it.
However, I didn’t fully appreciate the comfort until my son was ill a few weeks ago, my plan was to sit with him whilst he settled but I ended up falling asleep with him at 19:30 and slept through to the morning. It’s honestly one the the most comfortable nights sleep I’ve had in years… even with a child coughing in my face!
I couldn’t recommend enough!

I wasn’t going to leave such a detailed negative review but they took far too long dealing with the fault/refund.
Their top of the range Una organic mattress deluxe started to sink after just 11 months and I am only 9.5 stone!
I only realised something was wrong as I started waking up daily with back ache and then noticed the significant dip in the middle of the mattress, which I was always rolling into during the night.
From reporting the fault with photographs to actually finally getting a ‘pro rata’ refund took 2 months! A lot of stress and worry!
Even after they sent out a mattress expert who assessed it and deemed it failed, it took a further month and copious emails to finally get the refund, which was pro rata (reduced by almost 10%)!
You would think if their top of the range mattress failed after only 11 months, they would deal with it in a timely manner… After taking so long to refund me you would also think they should have had the curtesy to refund it in full.
Una are an arrogant company that care about profit over customer service. Unless you’re willing to spend hours e-mailing back and forth and waiting too long on a reply, I’d advise to steer well clear of this company and its products.

Great concept and customer experience - but we found the softest configuration was still a little too firm for our taste, so took up the option of swapping the soft layer for extra soft (note that you have to pay an extra non-refundable postage charge to do this). I have back problems and the modular nature of the mattress meant each layer of foam was light enough for me to carry upstairs easily on my own which was an added bonus. If I have one tiny criticism, it would be that the same modular nature means it never has the perfectly formed sides of a new conventional mattress no matter how hard you try and line the layers up - but it's difficult to see how that can be avoided given the concept and you don't notice it much anyway. Natural latex is an expensive raw material but we really like its properties, and given you spend a third of your life in bed, a good mattress is worth every penny and we feel that is the case with the Una.
