Riot has recently implemented a new system where they won't even respond to your ticket or email if they believe the ban was justified. This made the whole process quite challenging, but with a few adjustments, like submitting the ticket under a different category instead of 'Discuss a personal suspension or ban,' we managed to get a response, though a negative one. If your chat logs aren't heavily loaded with toxicity then you can definitely revert it to a 14-day suspension with Unbanster. As a bonus, they even offered me a few free tickets as a token of trust. I would highly recommend their services because even if you don't regain access to your account, you'll know you've done everything in your power. Riot's transparency on this matter is regrettable, unlike some other companies, so you will have better luck with other games.

I cannot recommend this service enough after they helped me get my son's Destiny account unbanned.
