Scammers. Website is now changed to unbxed.com 😂
Be careful don’t fall for them.
They will take money and not ship or refund. Just looting customers money.
BEWARE of these Scamsters!
Order#UBX1XKLF12826F87F Date of Purchase- 4th Oct 2021, a prepaid order. Ordered 3 perfumes. 1st thing- they only delivered 2 and not the 3rd one. Then you call on the number provided on their site which is ALWAYS switched off. ZERO (literally Zero customer service). Keep sending them emails, calls but they won't respond, do whatever you can. 2nd thing- as they say that there's guaranteed shipping in 48-72 hrs, forget that. Last instance also, they took 3-4 months to deliver the product that too after 1000 chasers (obviously without any response). My only fault was that I ordered again.
Guys, BEWARE of these Scamsters!
FRAUDSTERS
I had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a perfume from this site.. Their site says -guaranteed, shipped in 48-72 hrs - they don’t mean a word they say.. Ever since that day, they wouldn’t reply mails, customer care guy would pick up once every 50 times you call him, and he’d say server is down, every single time, all while the unboxed.in site was up and running and conning more people.. and after 3 weeks or so, he said, the product is out of stock..!!! he became enlightened that the product was out of stock only 3 weeks after the order was placed.. he said there was another perfume that was in stock, and that he could ship it the next day.. so i said, okey then, do it.. then after a radio silence of another 2 days, he replied via wtsapp and said that the order has been shipped.. i asked him to tell me the tracking id, and that was the last time anyone heard from him-doesnt pick up calls, no reply to mails/wtsapp.. seems shipping companies don’t provide tracking id without shipping..the gruesome part is that the same ’out of stock’ perfume was still available on their site, with a price hike of rs 500..unboxed.in shares it social media pages and customer care with perfumery.co.in by mohit khatri..its just a fake site someone put up to pool money.. they’d dupe people off their hard earned money, use it as if it was theirs , and then after months of running behind them, best response you can get is "we’ll refund the money".. jz imagine pooling an amount as small as 2000 from 1000 people.. u could jz make a living out of this, loaning the amount, sitting a home..please check the perfumery fb page comments before u even attempt to buy from them.. you’ll see 100s of tales about their dishonesty..i messaged mohit khatri on fb, and his response when i told him that i’d be forced to complain to national consumer helpline, literally translates - i dont care who the hell u complain to, take something that’s left in stock and f off..
