We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by this delivery issue. Your order was placed on 12/01 and handed over to DHL on 14/01.
Today, 25/01 DHL delivered one of the two parcels. The second parcel was reported by DHL as damaged and was not delivered. After communicating directly with you, we have already resent the affected parcel at no cost.
We remain in contact with DHL and are monitoring the reshipment to ensure it arrives safely. Thank you for your patience and for your continued trust in us.
Thank you for your patience.

I am very sorry for the delay you’ve experienced. Tracking shows the shipment was processed promptly on December 22nd, but it is currently held at a DHL facility in Paris due to holiday closures.
I have already opened a formal investigation with DHL to resolve this immediately. I have also reached out to you directly via email with a solution regarding your payment. Please check your inbox so we can make this right.
delicious Greek products
It's a real pleasure to receive Greek products at home. The only problem: the delivery! There's no indication that the products are fragile, and last time the syrup leaked all over the package, and this time the cake is damaged. It doesn't detract from the enjoyment or the taste, but it's a shame considering the delivery cost.

Service is to be improved.
In general, the boxes came in time and well packed but the promised coin with the Basilopita was terribly missing. It stated clearly that it was to be packed separately from the cake but we could not find it anywhere in the parcel. Quality control before sending did not work well, evidently.

Thank you for your review and for bringing this to our attention.
We are sorry to hear about the missing coin in the vasilopita, and we fully understand your frustration. For safety reasons, we do not open any packaged items before shipping, so we were unable to check this in advance.
We have already contacted the supplier to raise this issue and prevent it from happening again.
Kind regards,
Nikos
