Hello Unboxify Team,
I placed Order #KL23312318UN for Ant Esports H590 7.1 Surround Sound Gaming Headset, USB Wired Over-Ear Headphones with 50mm Drivers, Noise Cancelling Mic, Red LED, Soft Earmuffs, for PC, PS5, Xbox, Laptop. I received the item on 31-jan-2026 7.00 pm and it was not working from the same day. I raised a return/complaint on same day but the return request was declined with the reason “technical issues—visit brand-authorized service centre.”

This is a defective product received on delivery, and I am requesting a resolution: replacement or refund.

So the company promises a lot of great thing that they test things make sure they are of good quality and working and also claim that they rate each product to give us a clear understanding of what we are buying.

I cant speak for other stuff but I would not buy anything electronic from them because its obvious they dont check it and if its non functional they just say go to the company and its part of their return policy (the only saving grace is atleast its written there that if it wont work you go to the company we cant do anything about it)

You buy stuff for cheap from them and then spend double the time dealing with the manufacturers to get it replaced.

Marketing messaging is honestly misleading.
Companies like these are the reason people dont want to give a chance to newer companies/startup.
Save yourself people, ill deal with the consequences of saving 1k....

I bought sony icd px 470 voice recorder from unboxify, it's mint condition unit , no scratches no dents with original packing box and two sony AAA batteries. Price was also very reasonable and delivery was fast. Overall it was good deal, got almost new unit for less than market price of voice recorder.

The product was not that good the camera quality was Bad.. It felt like cheap quality..

It was an unfortunate day when I decided to buy my tab from Unboxify. I received the tab with pattern locked, and not done any reset. This not only put the first user data at risk but also a great inconvenience for me. They refused to replace it due to their policy. So, I had to go to multiple places from Motorola mobile centre to Lenovo service centre. It took almost 15 days for them to rectify the issue and they didnot pay anything for the inconvenience caused and the conveyance amount incurred.

NEVER BUY TABLET OR LAPTOP FROM THEM. It is so unfortunate that before sending the tablet to me, they are so negligent that they didn't do PDI( Pre Delivery Inspection) of the used Tablet One Plus. The Tablet's all functions are locked (blocked) by 2 persons through their Gmail accounts. So, I requested for full refund of the money I spent and take back the Tablet But, they turned down my request So irresponsible seller.May be I will have to approach to the consumer court.

Ordered an Logitech gaming controller and received a dead on arrival / non working item. As there was a return option i requested return and item was declined to be returned !! Why? because Unboxify refuses to accept non working items which they only shipped ⁉️ This is basically a SCAM

Absolutely fraudulent website. There is NO RETURN even when the webpage mentions “7 days retunable”. I ordered an Apple TV 4K and got heavily scammed. Typical north scammers

They are frauders. I brought lenovo 5g tab from unboxify site The product does not open or work. Tab is used harshly scraches on it. Then i request to unboxify to replace it but they denied. They said go to lenovo store in warenty period. And not access to replaceble.

I had bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A9 PLUS, and has been using it for more than a month now. I am really happy with the purchase, and the decision I made to buy it from Unboxify.
At first, I was not so sure about the quality of the product, I mean, before receiving the product. But when I opened it, I saw that, it a brand new product, no visible scratches, or anything, et al.
I am really happy with the product, and would buy again from Unboxify ,whenever I feel the need. I would recommend anyone reading this "Just buy" ,the product of your wish, from Unboxify, and you won't be regretting it.
