The products I received appear to be…

The products I received appear to be old, based on their batch codes, which suggests they may already be expired or close to expiring. This raises concerns about product quality and storage conditions.When buying skincare, especially from well-known brands, I expect fresh and safe products. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would recommend that the seller improves transparency about product dates and ensures that items sold are within a reasonable shelf life

Not trusted boutique

I ordered over 90 eur from this company, as they write -I should get order free of charge, but I had to pay 5,95 eur for delivery. I also had to get welcome discount, but was not possible to apply it also. I wrote about it to the customer service, but no reply. After 10 days I repeated my email, no reply. I would not buy from this company anymore. Not trusted boutique.

We understand that you were disappointed regarding the shipping fee and the welcome discount. As we mentioned in our email, our free shipping offer to Belgium applies to orders of €99.99 or more. Your order total did not meet this threshold, which is why the standard shipping fee of €5.95 was applied.

Regarding the 10% welcome discount, we would like to clarify that this discount cannot be combined with other promotions. In your case, the Special Deal promotion was already applied to your order, which is why the welcome discount could not be added as well.

We also apologize once again for the delayed response to your initial inquiry. The delay was partly due to the holiday season, during which our customer service team experienced a higher volume of requests than usual. We recognize that this caused frustration, and we are taking steps to ensure quicker response times moving forward.

We value your feedback and take it seriously to improve our processes and customer communication. Should you wish to give us another chance, we would be more than happy to assist you and make your next experience with us a positive one.

Old Expired Products/Order Delayed by 1 Month/Received Tester Tub

I ordered since March 11 and just got my products today, 8th of April. Now in the box, I purchased clinique face creams. Three of them are the original tubs, came dented and the box looks like its been through alot. One of tubs came as a tester that was not supposed to be for sale.....

General shelf life of products are 36 months.
The products I received were manufactured more than 5 years ago.. Batch A49 (April 2019) and A18 (Jan 2018). These are all old expired products?!

This will be my first and last time using their service.

Wow , very kind and generous

Wow ,, you deserve a 5 star,,, the costumer service is very kind responce quick, also the box is pretty and fast shipping ,and most of all pack well inside and wrap the paper and good organised..Plus i recieved 2 gifts very generous ,,never experienced that 1st time you order and a small amount you get a free gifts and pqck like they care about the person will recieve it,, is like a gift presentation, hope you do this everytime specially communication and packing well,, of the shipping fast too =) thanks alot ,, I RECOMMEND this store, try this one;)

This is my new go-to place for beauty products!

I've just ordered here for the first time. I'm always a bit hesitant of ordering somewhere I've never shopped before. But they've met and exceeded all my expectations! They delivered fast (within 2 days), the packaging was professional and oh my, I LOVE the samples! This is my new go-to place for beauty products.

Fantastic service

This has been a great experience. First time ordering from overseas. I cannot praise Unboxme enough the service has been incredible. I would definitely recommend using them. Thank you so much for the beautiful packaging and samples love them all 👍
