Tights are too short. I love tights material really wish they would of fit

If there is no star, I would have given it that. I placed my order January 21st, it mentioned that it will be delivered 5-7 days and it wasn’t. Got an email to send my phone number and I did. Nothing happened then and I emailed the customer service cause obviously they have no phone number or a live chat like most of the decent companies and they said for international shipping it can take 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I emailed them again and they never replied. It is 6 months later, I haven’t received my item and when I track it, it says delivered! This company is a scam. I don’t have the tights and I wasted my money and time!!

I was super excited to receive these tights. Unfortunately, my nude coloured pair laddered immediately when I was trying them on. The black pairs seemed stronger but still showed weak points from where I’d been pulling them up from. To top it off, customer service has not responded to the two emails I’ve sent them about a refund.

I tried to contact UNBRK team two times to no response. I was initially very excited to receive my nude tights, but not after receiving them. Since there was only two colours I assumed the nude ones would be transparent and adaptable to different skin tones but that is not the case. They are WAY too light and do not work with olive undertones whatsoever. After trying to reach UNBRK team regarding a refund due to inaccurate description of the product, of course no response and still waiting to hear back from someone.

There were a mistake in packing the first order, which happens and is not the issue here. They were quick to want to fix that which I appreciate. However the first replacement arrived with a hole and the second replacement to replace the first replacement arrived with a hard dirty spot on it. I picked it off and washed it and it came out. Better quality control needed. Customer service was good and quick.

Never received my order. Emailed them 3 times requesting a status on the delivery with NO RESPONSE.

Absolutely terrible. I received 3 pairs and put on one pair. The large not only dug into my butt cheeks where the seam is, but as I walked (normally) around the house, the crotch slipped down to my knees. I had to instantly take them off and tried to make contact with the company for a refund. NO ONE has responded, NO ONE has tried to rectify the situation and I have 3 pairs that are completely unwearable.

I bought these tights after an ad popped up on social media, and I though surely this is too good to be true!? I think maybe they might be...

I bought 3 pairs of the largest size in the black tights for a really reasonable price (60% off plus free shipping) and they arrived last week after 17 days, which isn't too bad for Australia.
I did receive an email saying they were delivered a few days before they actually were though.

I finally put a pair on today to wear and look down at my feet to see my toes sticking out of them on one side and a hole in the other. The stitching on the feet was completely unravelling and my unbreakable tights were broken before I'd even worn them!
I purchased the biggest size and they had plenty of length and room in them still, so the size is definitely not the issue here.

Tried on the second pair and I could not even get them on properly - too small!? Also a hole in the top of the band of these ones, which was actually a completely different band texture/material to the first ones.

Then finally tried on the third pair and they did fit and were hole free - Hallelujah!
They do feel amazing once on though and look nice.

But after comparing all 3 pairs they are all completely different along the top of the band - one is ribbed, one is stretchy and one is just the same feel as the stockings. Even the stitching looks different on each pair. And obviously one size is smaller than the other two, which was very obvious after I compared them side by side.

Very strange.
I have contacted them via website and Instagram with no response as yet. I would just like replacements for the two faulty pairs, as I still have hope that they are as good as they sound..
But let's just see what happens!

I was so tempted to buy these, their marketing is amazing I must say. I litteraly added all my details on the app but something told me to Google more reviews (because there are no real reviews on the website). Thank you for the honesty people. Just wanted to let UNBRK know they are loosing customers and not just fooling customers. They must work on their product!

They are great and seem like they’re not going to break, but I will say they run a little bit. I got the 90-155lb size bc I’m about 135lbs and they were a bit big so I’m not sure how they’d fit a 90lb person. I also feel like normal tights hold you in a little more (but maybe that’s also just bc they fit a bit bigger) but they’re great quality and I’ll still definitely be wearing them!

They’re Awesome.

These are the worst tights I have ever bought. I was completely fooled by the marketing. They smell of chemicals that never goes away and wearing them is impossible. They are like wearing a garbage bag. Hot,sweaty and slippery. They are like plastic and slide down a lot when wearing them
An utter waste of money.

It is true, they won’t brake. Also, they’re not sheer and they won’t stay up. This means that I could just have bought a normal pair of non sheer black tights for a normal price, without having to pull them up and adjust them every 5 minutes in public.

Tried first pair on and ripped at the seam. And doesn’t fit (too small). If you are that great make it more inclusive of non-stock figure bodies!

I had purchased 3 UNBRK tights (2 black and 1 nude) and unfortunately I am not satisfied with neither of them. I'm sure the problem is not the size (I have ordered all three products from 90-155lbs and I'm 120lbs), not sure if it's the material, but it feels too tight on my body, especially on my toes (which is pretty uncomfortable after a while) and it keeps falling down (around the waist), even when I pull it up. I feel it going down constantly when I walk, and when I realize, it's as if it's baggy pants, with the hook between my legs halfway on my thigs. This is quite a challenge, and I feel embarrassed to be adjusting the tights frequently in public, as this shouldn't happen at all!

I wrote 1-star feedback on their website, but they did not post them (do they just post the good ones?). I first contacted them directly through email, and they said no refund or returns were possible. Instead, they offered me only USD$12 for a USD$50 order. I was expecting more from UNBRK, for a $50 order that does not fit properly and I will need to give it away. As an online company, if you don't accept the products back, you should at least try to make it right if your client is not satisfied with their purchase. I'm very disappointed and will write a review in every website I can about how unsatisfied I am with UNBRK. I tried to hear from them what could be the issue here and then was again pretty disappointed with UNBRK and their poor customer service.

These tights may be “unbreakable” but they are definitely uncomfortable. The way the seams are on the crouch make for a day of constantly adjusting.

Haven’t received my order yet.
Can you give me info if it’s going to be delivered.
