While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Uncancered was founded by Zoe Evans, a Stage 3C bowel cancer survivor who declined chemotherapy and dedicated herself entirely to researching and implementing natural and integrative healing protocols. Within three months of her emergency surgery, her first PET scan showed no residual disease. That was more than two years ago. Uncancered exists because Zoe could not find the resource she needed when she needed it most. What she found instead was fragmented, overwhelming, and contradictory information at the moment she was most vulnerable. So she made herself a promise: if she survived, she would write the books she could not find. The result is a growing library of evidence-based resources designed to provide insight, clarity, and sovereignty to anyone navigating a cancer diagnosis, supporting a loved one through treatment, or focused on prevention. The flagship title, Uncancered: The Memoir and Guide for Rebels, Seekers and Survivors, is a 203-page deep dive into the four-pillar Sovereignty Framework that Zoe built and lived. It covers terrain healing, cellular optimisation, mindset, and integrative protocols, with 230 citations and 15 practical resources. Uncancered is not about telling people what to do. It is about giving people the knowledge, the science, and the tools to make informed decisions for themselves. Whether you are in conventional treatment, exploring an integrative approach, or focused on prevention, this work was written for you.

Utterly mesmerising and packed full of vital information
As a single mom with young kids, giving up on myself was never an option. No matter how scary things felt, I knew I had to keep going for them and for me. But strength does not mean having all the answers, and there were moments when I needed guidance, hope, and something real to hold onto.
Zoe’s guidance and paved road was a turning point. It gave me something meaningful to focus on when life felt heavy and uncertain. It helped me shift out of fear and into action. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I began to feel informed, capable, and stronger in the choices I was making for my health and my future.
What makes it so powerful is that it goes deeper than surface level advice. It offers honest perspective and thoughtful insight that helped me see new possibilities for healing and recovery. It reminded me that I was not powerless and that there were still steps I could take to support my body and mind.
Most of all, it gave me my power back. As a mother, everything matters more because your children are watching you grow and keep showing up. Uncancered helped me do that with more clarity, confidence, and hope.
I will always be grateful for what it gave me during one of the most challenging times of my life. For anyone who needs strength, direction, and a reminder that there is still hope, it is truly invaluable.
Thank God I came across Zoe on Instagram when I was newly diagnosed. Her instagram posts were so informative and I couldn’t wait for her book to come out so when it did, I got it straight away and read it in 2 days. It’s so educational and I love the spirit behind it; sovereignty, choice, information and empowerment. Her book has given me the confidence to really listen to my own gut, a gut feeling I’ve had for a while. She is clear that it’s not medical advice so this book is responsibly educating people and it’s started me on my own path. THANK YOU ZOE!
