I was charged for an annual plan by mistake while intending to purchase monthly access. The service does not work properly in Turkish and is unusable. Refund was refused. Very poor consumer practice.

Attention, everyone, this is a scam! The quality is awful, they charge you right away and the support DOES NOT RESPOND! Don't fall for it, it's just a rip-off. Sending all my righteous fury to everyone there who scams people!

This platform is a scam. The service is awful, and the quality of the generated texts is extremely poor. I had to regenerate the same paragraph (less than 100 words) multiple times because every version was full of grammatical errors, incoherent, and even contained inappropriate language. None of the outputs were usable. When I requested a refund due to the terrible quality, they refused, claiming I had used more than 1,000 words – but that’s only because I had to keep regenerating the same broken text over and over. Be very careful. This is not a professional service, and it’s definitely not worth the money.

In general, poor English. You cannot point out the mistakes made in the text. Sometimes inadequate text which does not correspond to the original text.

Stay Far Away — Dishonest Billing Practices!

I had a terrible experience with Uncheck AI. After my trial period ended, they tried to charge my card more than six times in a single day — without any warning or explanation. That's not normal, it's aggressive and suspicious.

Even worse, a friend of mine got billed before his next billing cycle was even up, just a few weeks after signing up.

Their system feels like a trap designed to catch people off guard and drain their accounts. No real company would behave this way. Completely unacceptable experience.

it made my life so much easier. i mostly use it for my personal writing, and it helps because sometimes ChatGPT helps me write but i do not someone find out that half of my writing is generated; it is just something you might write when you goes write block so it helps to see the Ai genretated.

Very low-quality text with stylistic and grammatical errors

A very poor experience—frequently, it incorrectly states that I’ve reached my word limit, making it unusable, even though I’m far from the limit. Plus, I can’t reset it myself, and when I email for help, I often don’t get a response. The rewritten content often differs significantly in word count from the original and has many errors. It’s truly unbearable.

This is the worst. Even though I made a return request according to their return policy, they haven’t responded at all. Even when I contacted them through my credit card company, they insisted that they wouldn’t issue a refund because I had used the product for more than three days. However, I had sent a cancellation email on the same day I made the purchase. Are they not even checking, or are they just lying? In this situation, where should I file a complaint? I have all the evidence emails. They did respond once, saying they would refund me, but I haven’t heard anything from them since.

Changed the name twice. Have gotten my money for the same year two

Unrealistic,a scam,pure scam… also had copyed the name in order to
Confuse with undetectable.ai and went with“uncheck now.. in order to lose its tracks…
Have contacted for the money taken two times and still nothing.
