Just order 6 Mexican fanta on the 10th…
Just ordered 6 Mexican fanta on the 10th march. Delivered safely on 14th with an expiration date of the 4th march. So it was out of date before it was sent. It was all flat and tasted like @ss. Avoid and go elsewhere.

I placed my first order with Uncle Chunks on the evening of 8 October. The order was processed very swiftly and I received a courtesy call the following day, where the lady from Customer Service helped me substitute an item that wasn't available. The order was fulfilled promptly by the courier, following excellent updates on the order status. An overall excellent experience; will be very happy to order again from Uncle Chunks

I bought 6 bottles of craft ranch…
I bought 6 bottles of craft ranch dressing and upon receiving them noted that all 6 had an expiry date of 17/11/22.
I contacted Uncle Chunks to express my disappointment at the bottles all having the same expiry date and was told that it was imported and sent out from the same box and that it wasn’t out of date so they would not do anything about either giving me bottles with a longer date or give me a refund. 😡
I would never buy anything from this website again and beware buyers, you don’t know what the expiry dates are until the product is posted to you

We are not obliged to provide dates on products unless they are close to/out of date. You ordered on the 04/10/22.
You could have contacted us before hand to confirm the dates of the product with us if this was a concern of yours and we would have been more than happy to help.
Unfortunately, sometimes due to exporting from the US we do have items that have a short date but this product is still in date to the 17/11/22. If you look on similar confectionary companies there are no dates unless the product is out of date.
As in regards to a refund this was never discussed on the phone as you did not request it.

Uncle chunks was such a great find.
Have used Uncle chunks since they first started up in Willenhall - my granddaughters love the choice - ordering & delivery is quick, easy & friendly.
