By far the single worst CBD I've ever purchased in the last 5 years. No flavour. No smell.
What's worse is when reaching out to them to claim a return/refund it fell on deaf ears and not a single response or effort from them to come to a resolution. Avoid at all costs.

Uncle Weed promptly dispatched my order. But a week later it hadn't arrived. I reached out to let them know and Uncle Herb immediately offered to resend the order as the postman's proof of delivery photograph was inconclusive and I didn't receive the order.

I received the resent order without delay the next day.

Very impressed with the customer service - and the product is great too.

Please give these guys a go - and don't worry about the historic reviews. They are a legitimate vendor and offer a great product and great service.

Got robbed for 70 after the company stopping trading over night. Never recommend to anyone. Not even an email or s phone number to get ahold of someone. Scum bags

I spent £80 with these and never received my product and they did not want to refund me the money scam

I made an order on March 28th, impossible to reach them.
I use to order from them and I never had an issue. I’m actually very disappointed.

One star is too many. They take your money and ignore all contact. Don't use them, for the sake of your bank balance. Toerags.

Feel silly for being loyal to this lot and paying them via bank transfer like a mug. Take your site down and stop robbing people.

Take the money and never sends the order out also sending fake emails saying there devices are gone taken away by police, obviously there just taking people's money and where the payment is via bank transfer that's why there doing it watch wha happens to them soon nittys use to be legit in 2018-2021 since 2022 they doing people for big money that's why there website prices are that cheap half prices ana it's clear there doing fraud and none should let them get away with it.

Made an order from uncle Herb about one month ago and it’s still yet to be delivered. Got the same message that uncle Herb had been arrested, I have tried to contact them several times over email and they have only responded telling me that they are still waiting on funds. I sent evidence showing funds have been sent, I feel these guys are trying to scam people so no one should order from them until they can Clear existing orders.

These people are scammers. We ordered 28th March and paid immediately via bank transfer then no further updates which was strange. Its now 20th April and still have no order or money back. Can't ring them and when you email via website you get no response. 3 days after we ordered we got an email to say they got arrested that afternoon...which still doesn't explain why our order wasn't posted as it was 3 whole days after . Emailed constantly now this morning it says the email don't even exist. Robbed us and it's sad really because we were loyal customers for years. Hopefully they get arrested again. Scummy scammers

I'm so upset this place went down. But my order is still not here, so I won't be seeing my bud. Take down your site if you're just going to scam people.

These guys were legit for a few years then decided to create a fake promotion to draw in a bunch of sales and run away with the money!

I placed an order with them and they happily took my money and they did not send me the product.

As far as I'm concerned Uncle Herb is a complete scam site and I'm pretty sure all the the positive reviews are fake.
