Uncovered Creations is honest and up front with their content and products. Images are true life to the quality of its products. Website from shopping to check out is secure and detailed. The update emails were informative and humorous. Fast and discreet shipping and delivery. Have had my items for about two months now. No changes or imperfections. I will be ordering from them again.

The company replies promptly to inquiries. They work quickly to solve issues and have a friendly attitude. Their product is well made.

It was really easy to customise my toy just how I wanted it. When it arrived it was wrapped up nice and safe, and in discreet packaging, and it performed exactly as I hoped ;)

I love everything about this company!! Their honesty, their fun update emails, how often they have sales and free add-ons, their customer service, product design.. they just make me feel very good about shopping with them every time! You can tell they really care about what they’re selling and the customers.

Best quality out of any toy I ever had. But it is a bit expensive. But quality comes with a price.

I had a great experience with Uncover Creations. The time from order to delivery was incredibly short given it was an international order, especially since I didn't shell out for expedited shipping and it's likely the product was created after I placed my order. (Since I ordered a mystery item, it would also make sense if they sent something on hand. That's totally fair.) The quality of my order was also incredibly good, and I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

The emails are also incredibly charming.

Great company that makes great products. Our first order took a while to make it half way around the globe, but it was well worth the wait. Their customer service is top notch as well.

LOVE LOVE LOOOOVE the range of products they have and the amout thats customizable, plus the deal that came with spending over €60 was what really persuaded me. They gave me constant updates on my order and the status of it (since there was a bit of backlog at the time) but my order arrived within its time frame
