I wouldn’t waste your time. If your going to order under armour do it via third party stores like Next, ASOS etc. first time I have ordered directly with UA and they have been directing my parcel for days now! Chat service said 14 days escalation - phone line doesn’t work keeps saying there busy and cuts you off! No one has responded to my emails. I am out of pocket with no package to be seen or heard off. Spoke to UPS and they have changed the pick up point and rest assure me the parcel will be delivered but this shouldn’t be UPS taking the responsibility it should be UA but there impossible to deal with! Bad bad experience ! Stay clear. Complete money makers I say!

Ordered 2 items and only 1 arrived. It had both items listed in the package documents. I contacted support and they said it could be 1 or 2 weeks before they respond to me! Incredible really, they've taken the money and there is no urgency or even a sense of urgency. I'll never order from them again

Same problem....ordered 3 T shirts - they delivered 2...but packing note said 3 (parcel was still sealed) ....customer service phone number doesn't work "team unavailable" ...chat useless....can't give any estimated time to resolve....won't be buying any more from UA ...avoid this shonky company.

I'm in contact with UA customer service, I ordered 8 items but I only received 2, but the delivery note said all 8 items were in the parcel. The parcel was too small to hold all 8 items. UA customer are saying they shipped all 8 item. UA have a problem in their shipping warehouse and/or courier. First time ordered directly from UA, very disappointed. Someone has stolen 6 items and they are washing their hands, not taking responsibility.

Very poor communication and delivery service, unfortunately Under Armour use FedEx who are absolutely useless. I've waited in for four days now and they still haven't come to collect my return and the nearest drop off point is an hour's drive away. Puts me off ordering from UA again

Horrendous!!! Please don’t order from them. I have two items missing from my package - nobody cares. Live chat are literally useless - just say there are delays and they don’t know when someone will get back to me. Out of pocket just before Christmas.

The quality of the kids baselayer leggings is very poor. The leggings developed excessive wear and tear immediately during kids football. The Under Armour Quality Department disagree, "the state of the item does not reflect a manufacturing mistake". Interesting that the leggings are very poor quality even when manufactured correctly... No refund offered or replacement pair offered so I doubt Under Armour has any confidence in their own product to withstand kids football. Avoid!! Buy HOPLYNN baselayer from Amazon instead they are less expensive and much better quality.

Absolutely terrible service. Under armour tell you to contact them through 3 options,
1 ) live chat feature........ Does not work.
2) telephone number....... Does not dial though.
3) email ....... Tried this approximately 5 times over the last few months. One email has been answered. This requested further information about my issue. I provided photos, proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of what my issue was. I did receive a reply saying it has been passed to the relevant department. Then nothing. Another month has gone by and still nothing. I've tried to contact them again and nothing. I wrote a review on the under armour website. This had to be approved before being put up on the website. Obviously this has not been put up. Beware of this company. It's virtually impossible to contact them and the customer service is absolutely lacking. Unfortunately I didn't check before my order but it seems like I'm not the only one with this issue. My suggestion is don't do it. If you have to buy an under armour product do not deal with them directly and go through another reliable company. I'm very disappointed and now have a pair of trainers I am unable to wear.

I have not received part of my order. After chatting with customer service and being asked to send proof of the missing order (completely ridiculous request but sent nonetheless) only to be told they are experiencing a high volume of emails so could take time to respond.
Quite simple… either send my missing item or refund!!!

Useless customer service
Ordered to a pick up location as stated on their website, courier company decided it didn’t exist and returned to sender. Now the items are out of stock and customer service absolutely useless, couldn’t confirm whether my return had been unboxed and added back to inventory or if this was still pending. Ridiculous for 2023 that this is not tracked electronically or that they can’t phone/speak to the other department and I had really wanted these items 😢.

Ordered 3 pairs of shorts and only 2 arrived. Customer service have been evasive when trying to get the 3rd pair sent out to me. Package was intact, I provided pictures upon Under Armour's request. Contacted Underarmour again a week later and I get the same response that the inquiry has been sent to a different department no timeframe given. 3 weeks later and I am still not further on. I have tried to leave a review on the Underarmour website and they have rejected the review twice as it doesn't meet their policy. I would like to understand their policy as it feels like it is to blanket reject 1 star reviews. I wish Underarmour had been as quick to resolve their mistake and sent out the third pair or shorts, or issued a refund as they were to delete negative reviews. I feel that their priorities are in the wrong place.
