What a Nightmare

Ordered a 3 month subscription. They refused to ship unless I called and emailed several times.
I needed to replace the first shipment, which took several more calls/emails.
Never received the other 2 shipments so again, I emailed and called. They apologized and said they'd send 3 shipments. They never did anything.
But at least they renewed my subscription! So again, I emailed and cancelled (which they refunded)
So in the end I paid for 3 shipments and received one.
Would I used them again? NEVER!
