Order cards, they said they sold out at the event and would issue a full refund. Refund never issued, contacted them twice, went to the website and the shop had been taken down

We ordered some cards that are still marked as available on the website, and a few days later, I got an email saying my order had been refunded as they could not fulfil it. We didn't get any notice about stock issues before this.

Update 1: I got an email back from Undercut explaining the Issue they were having with their website and apologising. I’ve asked them to let me know the available number of the booster packs I wanted, and I’ll place another order. It was a pleasant email, so I’ve upped the review stars to match the experience. I will update again pending a successful purchase.

Update 2: Undercut Cards have been proactive about sorting out a new order for a volume of packs they could accommodate and send out; even got a little gift in the box.

I'd highly recommend purchasing from Uncercut cards because even if things go a little bit awry, they will go out of their way to resolve it for you. Genuinely a great little store/company.

Very impressed with this service, navigation of the website was simple and I liked the design, was happy to nab some brilliant stars after they were no longer in shops in my area. Can’t fault the delivery, faster than I expected and was delighted with how everything was securely packed. Even managed to pull a few chase cards!!! Will definitely use again.
