Decent product, terrible customer service

While the product is decent the customer service might be the worst I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve had my unit running for 2 years now and my compressor just failed (right outside of warranty of course).

I have been trying to buy a compressor from them for the past 2 weeks!! I am in Florida with no AC and they will not sell me a new compressor even though under their FAQ section they specifically say once outside warranty they are happy to sell us parts to fix.

They refuse to accept that the compressor when bad so I took it apart and found everything it it destroyed (metal shavings everywhere) and now they have ghosted me. Again I’m not trying to get anything replaced under warranty I am trying to BUY replacement parts. Search on Reddit about this company and find many people echoing the same thing about terrible customer service. For $4k RV AC I expect WAY better
