Prompt customer service and excellent…
Prompt customer service and excellent fare received on a major airline for direct transatlantic flights. Received confirmation of ticketing within hours of providing purchase approval. It is important for any customer of this sort of online broker of discounted tickets to understand the many restrictions that accompany the attractive fare. I received a RT transatlantic business class ticket at an approx 40% discount to the normal fare. But for this price, one must agree to a non-refundable, non-changeable ticket that does not include advance seat assignment. I always insure I have travel insurance through my credit card to protect myself in case of emergency cancellation. Otherwise, understanding these restrictions, Underpricer.com gave me what I was looking for.

A positive experience throughout.
I had never heard of this service but decided to give them a go. The process of booking was smooth, but the really nice surprise is the after-purchase service with timely WhatsApp messages about check in, visa and other useful travel information.

Bought our Premium plus tickets for Vancouver to Hong Kong and couldn't find a window and aisle together. Rep called us and said he could get them for us for $60 ($30 each) and even sent us an email saying they were window and aisle...but the weren't, just next to each other in the middle. Have complained to their customer service website...no response. I'm disappointed that kayak would use this organization.

I booked an inPaid $2,200 for Seats We Never Received — No Help from Underpricerternational trip for my…
I booked an international trip for my family through Underpricer, and it turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve ever had. We paid $2,200 in advance for specific seats on four LOT Polish Airlines flights because one of our children has a disability and must sit next to a parent for safety and communication reasons. Underpricer processed the seat payments and confirmed everything as if it were guaranteed.
When we arrived at the airport, LOT had removed every single one of our paid seats. This happened on all four flights. Our disabled child was repeatedly seated away from both parents, sometimes between strangers, and we had to beg other passengers to switch seats just to keep him safe. It was exhausting and completely avoidable.
When we reached out to Underpricer for help, they offered no support at all. They did not advocate for us, did not contact the airline, and did not assist with the refund for the seats we paid for but never received. Their only response was to push everything back onto the airline, even though the booking and seat purchases were made through them.
A good travel agency should step in when something goes wrong — especially when a disability is involved. Underpricer did nothing. We were left to deal with the airline on our own, and we are still fighting to recover the $2,200 in seat fees.
If you’re considering booking through Underpricer, be aware that you are completely on your own if anything goes wrong. They take your money, but they do not stand behind the booking or provide any meaningful customer service. I would not use them again.

This company is so scammy
This company is so scammy. They falsely advertise low fares that are not available just to get you to enter your personal data and then sell you more expensive fares. Time for a class action suit I reckon

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased two premium economy tickets from SFO to Rome that were changeable by their terms. I also purchased insurance. I tried to change and Underpricer gave me a quote to do so. I acceptable the quote. Underpricer came back to me a few hours later and said the airline would not change the second flight because the airline stopped direct flights and had only one stops. I told Underpricer a connecting flight was available directly through the airline's website and for cheaper than i had paid. I told Underpricer to cancel or charge me less and I would book the last leg of the flight myself with the cost savings. Underpricer booked a flight that left me in Los Angeles rather than my home in San Francisco and charged me the same. I immediately objected, called Underpricer and waited on hold twice for 30 minutes and then Underpricer hung up on me. I had to add my customer number so Underpricer knew it was me. I then sent 23 emails before underpricer would engage. At that point, Underpricer lied and said I did not ask to cancel my flight and said I agreed to pay the same price to end in Los Angeles rather than San Francisco. I lost about $650 by booking from Los Angeles to San Francisco myself and paying to check in my bags. Underpricer also did not transfer my right to reserve seat ($496 charge) to my changed flight so I had to sit in the middle on my 12 hour return flight. The organization is terrible and should have zero stars. I have disputed the charges with my credit card and I plan to contact Kayak and am writing up the entire exchange and showing evidence of my emails, etc. Do not use this company.

Bad service - not worth any discount you get
My problems began when the first leg of my return flight was cancelled and Underpricer booked a different flight with a short layover. I was concerned about the short layover and repeatedly requested a change via their service "bot" on WhatsApp. At the time we were on our trip and did not have access to our phones, so I requested feedback via email. I never heard back from these repeated requests. We reluctantly decided to deal with the short layover. When we went to online checkin we couldn't. I reached out to their service "bot" and was told I would hear from an agent. I never did. When we got to the airport we found out the problem. The new leg of the trip was never confirmed by the airline and was not officially part of our itinerary. Luckily the airline's desk agent was able to get everything taken care of. When we got home, there were 4 voice mails on our PHONE that we told them NOT to do.
PS: We almost missed our short connection. Had to run thru Frankfurt to make it. :(

They take care of customerss
Underpricer processed the payment for my flight found on Kayak. Agents are polite, knowledgeable and patient. Waiting time was a little long but it was 9pmEST that could be the reason but they answered all my questions so I think they did a good job.
