They did a great job installing a tallboy + 5 drawers, were very efficient and left everything clean/tidy after finishing (in just 1 day).

The end result is incredible, has transformed a kinda dead space into a really useful storage area which I've already started to fill in.

Had three drawers fitted in under our awkward under the stairs space. James was excellent- did the job quickly and we are both very pleased with the results and have filled all the drawers now. A fantastic job from start to finish the whole process was seemless!! from the initial email I sent into understairs Storage to the work being completed it was effortless on my part. Richard was fantastic from the start, from his first email I received to the telephone conversations we had he was very knowledgable but also and more importantly he wasn’t pushy, he wasn’t trying to sell me anything the opposite to be honest, I could tell he was knowledgable and cared about what he was telling me about and that goes along way. I decided to go with the shaker style and I’m so happy if did because it looks amazing, from James turning up and completing the first install to James coming back to complete the second fit the professionalism shown was fantastic, clean and tidy and kept me in the loop about arrival times the lot. Richard was fantastic and I can’t recommend these guys enough, there may be others out there but these guys are the real deal, dont confess to be the cheapest but if you want the best then you pay a little more for it and it well worth it. Thank you Richard and Co for everything I’ll be spreading the word 👍

Highly recommended. We booked with UnderStairsStorage.co.uk and were initially impressed by their detailed website. Richard is excellent and took a lot of time to explain everything and answer questions - no pushy sales and we were left to make our own independent choice. He was very honest and followed the job up with a courtesy call after to check we were happy with our new storage.

We were debating whether to go with CleverCloset, but the differences were stark and we are so pleased to have gone with UnderStairsStorage.co.uk instead. Everything has been completed to a very high standard with high quality drawers and an excellent use of the space. We particularly like the custom-fitted design utilising a high percentage of the space, very deep drawers, sturdy shelves in the drawers (which we can remove), high density fibreboard exterior, pull-out hook rails for jackets and peace of mind with the lifetime guarantee.

Installation was completed very quickly after ordering - James did a fantastic job on the day, working long hours until he finished, then tidied everything up at the end. He was polite, hard working and extremely professional. Not to mention, many thanks to others behind the scenes who worked to make this happen.

Under Stairs Storage have given me something that is absolutely brilliant, I am so happy with the results. Seeing other reviews, Richard who helped me is a really busy guy, but if you give it a little time, he will always deliver on his promises. The consultation process was fantastic, Richard really knew his stuff, answered my questions and took time, there was no pressure selling at all. When it came to the fitting, the installer was so professional. He paid really close attention detail, worked very neatly and what I am left with is just so perfect. I don't think I will ever be able to live without Under Stair Storage ever again.

In life it’s true, you get what you pay for. Great service from a great company. Good advice, communication and design service that made great use of the available space. Built on premises by James, so no unwanted gaps. James was polite, helpful and skilled and the resulting installation was superb. Clean lines and smooth drawer systems. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for so long now. Noone there to pick up the phone... Emails are not acknowledged... It doesn't matter the time you call... Noone is there!!

After a long while, they asked for measurements.. I immediately sent... Now a long wait of days passing by to even know if the quote is affordable to me.

The fact that noone picks up the phone and their 2 numbers send you to the same voicemail message is really annoying.

Very good company from start to finish. We wanted to make use of the wasted space at rear of cupboard under the stairs, and now we can with 5 large drawers. James the fitter was excellent and worked tirelessly all day and was very clean and tidy. We love our new drawers and wonder why we didn’t do it earlier.

Hi All - Having had two prices and two very varied e-mail experiences, I went with the more expensive but more informative and with correct responses (the other mob just didn't seem to know what they were talking about and gave general, incorrect answers to my precise questions). Richard gave good detailed explanations of the process & design and understood the slight limitations of fitting around the existing alarm box etc.
On the day of fitting James did a fantastic job - a long day for him, but never rushed and did a 'top of the range' fitting job - he obvously cares about his work unlike some tradespeople I have had in recently.
