she is a very nice person and I thank her for her help

The verbal communication was not good, nor the text. It seemed very repetitive. There was definitely a language barrier. I found most resources myself while she"left messages" for almost everyone and said they didn't call her back. There was one very unfortunate mishap that I won't even go into unless it's verbally with a supervisor. Very disappointed in the service. However, the Advocate Manager, Amanda, was very understanding and helpful. When I went to her with my concerns, she took swift action to help me. Thanks Amanda! FIVE ⭐ for you!

I have Jennifer and she is the best one to work with she is always so cheerful and understanding and I can tell she really cares she's went above and beyond for me had to cancel an appointment due to me being sick and she was able to take care of that rite away I love Jennifer and love talking to her

I think this girl is great. She has called me for follow up right on schedule and is very empathetic to my needs.

I have had a wonderful experience working with Hannah. I needed help getting my light bill paid and she gave me the names of different organizations that I could look into to get it taken care of. Im happy to say that I was able to get the help that I needed Thanks to Hannah!!!!

The company listened patiently to all of my many needs and were very reassuring and helpful in providing a specialized advocate. She has been extremely helpful and is always available for me whenever I need help with any of my extensive medical issues. She makes me feel safe and understood. Santiago is been very helpful . He is being trying to get mobil chair for me. He is been getting all the evaluation from my doctor's.so far we just waiting the paper work so they could approve the request. He is very professional with his work .
