This brand has turned horrible in my opinion

This brand has dropped immensely since I started with them. The quality has become poor and breaks easily and even seems dry rotted! The customer service no longer reaches out or responds to complaints. I bought 2 additional sets and within months all broke. Very sad! They were at one time what I considered top tiered and even their ambassadors say the same.
Perhaps I try Clench bands

I am a 5ft 4 55 year old woman and the strongest band broke apart when I pulled it . It was if it was rotten. It had not been exposed to anything unusual and I hardly ever used it . The other size bands did the same … so dangerous!! There are loads of reviews saying same thing. So avoid completely for the very high price they are a scam. He talks well on video but doesn’t care about safety of his products.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

If I could give it 0 star I would have done so (Amazon please include this option). So this specific band was ordered as a replacement for a like for like that eventually broke after 4 years of use. As many others have mentioned in reviews here on Amazon as well as in plenty of YouTube videos Undersun has completely changed the quality of its resistance bands.

The first resistance bands that I bought were top quality, most of them have well lasted the test of time as 4 years down the line and they are still functional having not broken (with the exception of this one). Lately however Undersun has definitely changed its provider of raw materials and the resistance bands they are now selling are the WORST possible. I am posting here photos as evidence that these broke within less than a year!

The worst part: non-existent customer service. They never reply to emails (again as many have mentioned here on Amazon). I don't know whether this is because of the sheer volume of complaints which I am sure they are receiving or simply because they can't bother. Genuine friendly advice to all prospective customers of Undersun products: DO NOT BUY THEIR RESISTANCE BANDS. The company is going heave on marketing with its founder James Grange on all social media platforms but these are currently the worst possible resistance bands you could possibly buy. Don't throw away your hard earned money

Note: a similar review can be found on Amazon.co.uk where I purchased the product from

Experience from Undersun Fitness UK.

Experience from Undersun Fitness UK.

First order of a pair of gloves and anchor went perfectly smooth and both are great.

Second order of bands and exercise mat a few weeks later, although I received tracking info the next day, two weeks later and after multiple emails with no response, I was told by DHL that the items have not been sent to them yet.

If I don't receive them soon, I will raise a dispute with my bank but I am deepl disappointed because I thought I was buying from a reputable company.

No support whatsoever. Disappointed

It really pains me to leave a one star review but I have no choice.
Let's be clear the bands are great, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately after a couple of uses one started showing signs of tear. No big deal I thought, these things happen, I have a one year warranty and surely they'll send me a new one.
Easy. Right? Not quite.
I contacted them directly and was told by someone called Chase to fill in the papers relating to warranty and to provide evidence. Why can't they just send me a new one I thought, but I went through the process and was told at the end that someone would be in touch with me once a decision had been made. Almost a month later and various unanswered emails later and I'm not pretty sure that I will never get a replacement band.

Considering that these are the most expensive bands on the market you would expect their customer service to be top notch. Instead it is totally unprofessional and extremely poor.
I was even thinking of purchasing the app subscription and possibly get a couple of extra accessories. Needless to say this is never going to happen and I will not be buying from this company again.
I will go back to cheaper brands when these break, no point spending money for such an appaling service.

James Grage, if you are reading this know that im a fan of your videos but please get your business act together. It is such a shame that a great product is ruined by absimal customers service

Customer service is not responsive

Customer service is not responsive. One of my bands wore out after light use in just a few months. I heard from "Chase" at customer service once. I filled out their warranty form, received an automated email, then haven't heard back after multiple attempts by email, phone, and their website over the course of more than a month.
I planned on buying more products from them too, but not now. If they become more responsive and I get a replacement for my broken band, maybe.

A bunch of scammers.

I ordered a set of bands from undersunfitness.co.uk together with their workout gloves.
I've never received any of it and "Chase" stopped replying to my emails.
They are scammers.

Bands snapped after using them for one…

Bands snapped after using them for one month. Requested a refund, I was denied stating i needed to apply for replacements through a warranty form. On attempting to put my order number in, it was not recognised. When chasing this up with the undersun team, I have since been ignored. Its been 5 days. I have the program I paid for, but no bands to complete it. I paid over £100 for this, and I feel as I have been scammed. When writing my feedback, I gave it a one star, but they have not put my feedback on their website. By looking at their reviews they block anything that is under a 3 star review. Stay away from this company they are not trust worthy.

Decent Product, Dubious Company......

I paid for the TA2 "Build" package which includes access to the course videos and a full set of resistance bands.

After around 4 weeks of use the Medium band snapped and the Heavy band was showing signs of tearing so I contacted customer support as the Undersun website states "Lifetime Warranty" on the bands.

I contacted "Chase" who had been in touch with me after I had initially purchased my order as the order had gotten mixed up and Chase had sorted it for me. I initially received a reply to my email but was told that I had to fill out a different warranty form as I am an "international" customer. I was told that after my form had been reviewed I would receive a replacement set of bands.

I filled out the form and included numerous photos of the damaged bands. I waited for over a week and heard nothing so I sent a follow up email. Nothing, no reply whatsoever. I waited another 10 days and sent another email. No reply, nothing.

I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt and because the owner of Undersun James Grage appears to be sincere I waited a while longer, and then followed up with a couple more emails but have heard absolutely nothing back. Unfortunately it looks like the people at Undersun Fitness really don't care about their paying customers once your money is in their pockets. It's actually quite a let down as the course itself is very good but the ethics of the company seem pretty dubious.

I actually felt like James Grage the owner seemed like a decent guy so it really is quite a let down that the company is being run like this. Oh well.

Withdrew part of the offer after I'd paid.

I ordered the set of bands that included the bag. After I'd paid they sent the bands but without the bag. When I complained they said that the bag had been removed from the offer after I'd paid and there was no chance of me getting it without paying for it. I was going to buy a pair of gloves from them, but I'm worried that they might only send one and tell me I'll have to pay extra if I want the other one. Avoid this Company.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs

Hands down the worst experience with ordering a product online that I’ve ever had. Been dealing with this ordeal for over 3 months now. The products I ordered never arrived and I’ve only received one response to countless attempts to contact customer care (seemingly from a chatbot). Eventually had to raise a chargeback request through my bank, to which Undersun waited until the last day of the deadline before disputing it. Still no closer to getting a refund for a product that never arrived. Avoid at all costs!

Not worth it

I’ve had the bands for just over 3 months. They have not snapped but I’ve had to stop using 3 of them because of tears. If I were to use them again no doubt they would indeed snap soon. This is with very casual use. Nothing extreme at all.

So foolishly I went online to order replacements for these 3 bands. I submitted the order then realized within 45 minutes that it was a mistake so I cancelled the order. I was then notified that they couldn’t cancel my order because it had shipped already. Seriously, in 45 minutes in the middle of the night you shipped it? Yeah I don’t think so.

So here we are 24 hours later and I got a USPS tracking number but USPS doesn’t actually have the item yet.

They could have easily canceled this order before shipping it. Now I will have to wait a week for it to arrive. Then turn around and ship it right back and wait for my refund.

Ridiculous

Undersun Fitness

Undersun Fitness has one of the best home gym equipment available plus lot of free guides /videos and passionate community on facebook/instagram.

Only thing I would consider as cons is that they offer only shipping from USA so it might get more expensive if you order it to Europe (due to VAT and shipping costs). Some EU warehouse would be great
