ORDER UTC253963 was partly shipped no response

ORDER UTC253963 was partly shipped only got half the order. They sent two separate shipping notices on different days using same USPS # so that's a lie, Sent emails left message no response. What good is a product if they don't deliver reviews are pretty bad will be buying from their competitors who have good customer service like Parachute and Avocado Green.

POOR PRODUCTS...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought an organic cotton wool throw set. It comes beautifully wrapped, as has been reported, and feels beautifully soft out of the package...but that's where it ends. After washing it on gentle cycle, which I always do before using, it became THICKLY covered with lint (like 3" thick), making it impossible to just hang dry. So I dried it on no heat, with no change. When I contacted customer service, they told me this was normal and would go away after a few washes. So I washed and dried it 5 more times. It produced so much lint that my dryer would shut down about every 10 minutes...and it was still thick with lint.
Just handling the blanket caused stickery fibers to become lodged in my clothing which were so irritating that I had to keep changing clothing.
So I contacted customer service again to report that it was a UNUSABLE and asked for management to review this for a refund...to which their response was:
"Our apologies. As stated previously, some shedding is completely normal with organic cotton and wool fibers. We reached out to our management team and received permission to provide a 30% discount for any future purchase."
Really?? On a 150+ purchase. This is a company who does not value their customers or stand by their products. Needless to say, the blanket and pillows are going in the trash, and I won't be returning.

Holes after 3 months

Bought the duvet cover in September. No kids. No animals. Very clean household. First it lost a ton of lint. In January, after 3 months of use (we were out of town for 4 weeks) the duvet cover had 2 holes in 2 different spots diagonal from each other (so can’t be due to use in an area - one was at the arm level on left, one below feet on right). Customer service not helpful in replacing a faulty low quality item that was very expensive. Do not recommend. Don’t buy from here.

My favorite blanket

My favorite blanket. I have several of the cotton twin blankets in several colors. They wash well and are the best all cotton twin blanket I have tried so far.

Terrible quality and customer service - avoid them!

This place has an "F" from the Better Business Bureau (check it out) and I've personally experienced them hiding my review on their website, which is not legal. Based on my experience, it seems the the reviews on their website are hand selected by the company, so I wouldn't trust a majority of them.

I ordered a waffle knit robe from UTC and it started coming apart after one wash. After literally one wash on gentle, there were 30+ pulled threads across the robe. It basically looks like the robe is falling apart. I contacted the customer service email to resolve and was ignored twice. I then called the business and they asked me to send photos, which I did - clearly documenting many, many pulled threads on the product.

Under the Canopy then replied that this is normal and refused to take action.

So a heads-up that this company doesn't stand behind the quality of their products and consider shoddy quality to be "normal."

Wonderful company

Wonderful company! I have ordered several times. The sheets, towels and rugs are so luscious. It feels like I’m in a high end hotel every day.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Not only did I wait over 2 weeks to get my order delivered (within the US) but when the order arrived, 3 of the towels were black with dirt. The package wasn't open, so I can only imagine they were sent to me like this as everything was crammed into the bag haphazardly.

To make matters worse, they had only sent me half of my order, oddly the shipping slip that was inserted into the package was also a different order to that which I bought...

The night I got my package I immediately emailed the customer care team. It took 3 days for someone to get back to me telling me to request a refund. I emailed them back wanting a confirmation that I would get a refund for the WHOLE order and not just the partial one I was shipped. Days have passed and no one has replied to me, I'm now sitting on the phone waiting for someone to pick up...

This whole ordeal was so unnecessarily stressful especially as I am pregnant and just moved into a new place (still with no towels!). I would suggest buying elsewhere as this company definitely doesn't have their stuff together.

Zero Stars

If I could rate this company less than one star I would. I totally understand supply chain issues. I placed an order on 6/10 and received an email on the 11th stating there would be a slight delay....here is 10% off your next order. Charged my card same day as purchase. Here it is 6/29 and no shipment. However, I have been slammed with advertising encouraging me to order some more stuff they would likely not ship. Each time I received another ad I got more and more angry that they have not shipped my first order. Cancelled the order...they could have cared less. I am certain it will take far longer to return my funds than it did to take them......steer clear of this company.....SCAM?
