Total legalised robbery through small print to be fair unbelievable and I’ve since checked it’s the same on all there listings
Iam a member of a few property auctions in uk I owe several cheaper end rental properties last month I bought one from these the first one I’ve bought from them and the last one for sure
It’s standard practice to pay sellers fees for change of contract wrong as it is but it is normally between £1500-£2000 but these robbers put a clause in claiming £8500 fees on a 30k house what did I pay for vender to go on a cruise as well as he’s fees it’s disgusting and wrong they are scammers be warned all there listings are same and because they have your 13k deposit if you don’t pay extra fees they keep your deposit also house I bought was supposed to have keys after we exchange there was non BE WARNED
And before they come back with there standard snotty replies yes I should have read into it deeper but I’ve bought 3 this year besides this one from them and I never had any problems paid normal fees but if you look at there listing all there street houses are same around 8k in extra fees so there catching people out all the time it’s ridiculous 8k seller fees on a 28k house then your own fees
So explain how your 20-40k houses all have 8k in fees what could that possibly be for never had it with other 3 Ive bought this year from different auctions only use you cant because it’s just a con 💯 it’s immoral catching people out disgusting behaviour

All fees, including the buyer’s fee, are stated within the legal pack and terms of sale for each property. We encourage all prospective buyers to review these documents carefully and seek independent legal advice prior to bidding, as this forms part of the binding auction process.
Regarding the keys, unfortunately, not all properties are guaranteed to have keys available. Whether keys are provided depends entirely on whether the seller has supplied them. Where keys are not available, the property details will include a clause to ensure buyers are aware prior to bidding.
