I can only say what a beautiful piece of jewellery this Company made for me!
I wanted a keyring for my brother in law’s birthday; sadly after 14 years their beloved Labrador had to be put to sleep!
I wanted the key ring to be engraved with words that were so precious to their dog. He was a family member to us all and it choked me up when I received it and again when the present was received by my brother in law, so many tears!
The engraving was lovely, the key ring came in a gorgeous box too!
I was amazed at the quality and it will always be with him!
I received it so quickly too!
I would highly recommend this Small Business to anyone, I will certainly be back!

Can’t recommend Under the rose enough. Ciara was so helpful while in the process of making my purchase, clear and helpful communication and fast replies. It was a potentially going to be a little tricky due to my girls being so young for there fingerprint but the jeweller has done an amazing job. Kept me informed with the process of my necklace being made and then a fast delivery, I am obsessed with my beautiful personal necklace that I will treasure forever. Thank you xxx

I have received the most wonderfully caring service from Ciara and team - I lost my son recently and my daughters had a bracelet made with an imprint of his thumb for me to carry with me. Unfortunately I lost it, and Ciara not only made sure I had a replacement as soon as possible but replicated a spare exactly the same as the initial order even though they no longer make the same bracelet. Can't express how impressed I have been so Ciara, thank you so much.

Purchased a personally engraved 'secret message' bracelet for my son for his 21st birthday. This was a very easy process, resulting in a great quality product being delivered quickly.
Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size....but the customer service, regular communication, and ease of sorting a replacement was exceptional. Cannot rate them highly enough - 5 stars on all aspects. Will be highly recommending to others, and using again.

I placed my original order and the jewellery arrived within 2 days. the quality is stunning and just the perfect gift for my husband to give our daughter on her wedding day. As this is a surprise, I couldn’t ask my daughter to try the bracelet on, but quickly realised I had ordered the wrong size. Frantically sent an email
over the weekend, on monday once Claire has received it, she replied and i was able to exchange for the next size up. clear instructions on what to do and I had the larger size by 6 days later. The service is first class and as for the jewellery that speaks for itself. Can not wait for our daughter to get her gift on her special day.
I will def order more jewellery from this company.

Bought a couple of items for my wife which she loved, had a minor problem with the second item and when I contacted them the customer service was exemplary, won't hesitate to buy again.

I purchased a beautiful bangle for my husband for our silver wedding anniversary. At the time I queried the size , as too small for a man’s wrist, as I could only just get it on.but was assured it was suitable. He’s only worn it on special occasions 5 or 6 times at the most, and it’s broken in half. What a waste of money!

I’m not one to leave reviews but I am more than happy to leave one for this company. I placed an order for a pearl bracelet with personalised birth date on for my partners 30th.
Great communication from the start, turned up next day before 1pm. The box is fancy and elegant. Came with a “for you” card which was a bonus and paying the extra £4 for a gift bag is worth the money. Great quality, minimalistic and perfect for any special occasion. Thanks again!

I received my beautiful fingerprint necklace exactly when I was advised I would, it was amazing, the print was so detailed and perfect! I had a few problems getting my prints but the customer service was excellent with their help and instructions. I will definitely order again.

I bought a bracelet for my partner as a gift from our children for his 30th birthday, when he received his gift he genuinely cried. The quality of it and the packaging was amazing, I genuinely can’t fault it. The delivery was super fast too! Thank you so much! Amazing quality at a good price. I’m not one to leave reviews but seeing how happy my partner was with this gift, I had to. Xx

I was excited about a gift using my children's fingerprints, but it's really underwhelming. The prints are there, but you can’t see them with the naked eye, so if you want to look at them you have to zoom in using your phone. Even then it looks as if they were left by a child's greasy finger and while I find greasy kids prints all over the house, I wasn't thrilled by the idea of paying for the privilege. It also isn't flat as it appears in the images on the website but more like a tiny bowl. Customer services were initially friendly but their reply to my complaint was that “to see someone’s fingerprint in person you need to look closely,” which whilst technically true, makes the images on their website feel misleading. When I enquired about a return the company refused on the grounds that it was bespoke, which is true, but one you need a magnifying glass to enjoy.

Ordered a personaised bracelet. Firstly it was too big. Then it tarnished badly within 4 months even when i hadn't worn it. When i complained they said tarnishing is a naturally occuring process, i should polish it myself, & it should be kept in an anti tarnish bag (i kept it in original packaging they sent it in). Now,

1) If their jewlery tarnishes so soon, they should have provided a tarnish bag. Jewlery which is much cheaper than this brand is sold with one.

2) For personalised jewlery, you atleast expect it to last a few years. Its embarassing & a shame if you gift a personalised item & it cant even be worn for a few months. They should have better understanding of what materials to use for personalised jewlery that can last.

Overall its super bad value for the money they charge. Extremely poor quality.

Ordered an item. It arrived and was not as pictured. The chain of the bracelet was completely different. The bracelet is also meant to be adjustable which it shows and describes on the website but this is not the case on the product. It looks really cheap and isn’t finished to a good standard. If it wasn’t so close to Christmas I would send it back. Would not buy from here again. Images aren’t what you receive.

I had a voucher given to me for a special birthday for this company . I went online over the Black Friday weekend to choose an item , which I did but my voucher code wouldn’t work . I called the company and was told because I wanted to pay by gift voucher I couldn’t use the Black Friday sale ! I’ve never experienced this at any other retailer and am not very impressed ! Just because I am paying with a gift card rather than a debit /credit card I can’t use the sale !

I placed an order when this company was under a different name button and bean, and had a positive experience we wanted to order the same item and was advised to order the necklace and quote the previous order number. Which was great.
However when our order arrived there was no writing on as on the previous order (mistakes happen that's fine) I have contacted the company 4 times now and yet to receive a reply. I'm hoping this is an oversight but not feeling confident. Maybe it's the start of a decline of what was g a good company? So please be mindful when ordering.

I am so delighted with my morse code bracelet. Excellent quality, delivered within 5 days and the packaging was beautiful. Will definitely be ordering gifts for loved ones. Having looked at several websites this one stood out with something unusual. Thank you so much.
