subscription was never cancelled

whatever you do, do not subscribe or sign up for a free trial, it is quite literally impossible to cancel your subscription on their site, and in order to cancel they force you to contact their support, which i did, and my cancellation was never actioned

they continued to take money out of my account for months before i noticed

This company is scamming. Chose the free trial option and they claimed they would charge me after 3 days since i get 3 days free. The moment i entered my card info i immediately got charged. Not even a minute has passed. Tried to remove my card from the website its so complicated process you have to contact their support and etc. This website is a money grab scamming job. Please don't use if you research a bit you will see this company has so many bad reviews for this exact reason - scam. I deleted my account immediately. I lost 20-30 eur but i hope i can warn everyone so they dont do the same mistake

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if there was an option of no stars. ABSOLUTE SCAM when it comes to ethics. I subscribed yes but I would have cancelled a month into it as I didn't need the subscription anymore. I forgot about them and they kept charging me as Ud Pro Sub. There was no way of knowing that Ud Pro Sub was Undetectable AI. They took the subscription fee for 8 months before I finally had to cancel my card to figure out who they were and lo and behold they sent me an email. Finally found them. Then you can't even cancel the subscription, you have to write to them with details. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

I had a great experience with this company. They work extremely well and are very professional in everything they do. What really stands out is how fast they respond — no matter the time, they are always available and ready to help. Poor quality output. The humanizer writes in very 'lame' and unnatural language. I’m only adding a star because customer support actually processed a refund for me, even though the terms say they don’t. Use with caution.

They lie about the money-back guarantee, and you can not unsubscribe just to write them by mail.
They try everything to not let you go, and even after I delete my account as a last resort I got a mail half day later where my account got registered back and I was able to login my deleted account. They keep data even full deletion!

To cancel the subscription, you have to email them, and you automatically lose all your credits—even if you’ve just paid. It’s extremely tricky, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
