Unethical - I signed up for the 10,000 words a month subscription. My documents were uploaded however, nothing came about it therefore, I kept uploading. By the time I've reached about 7 uploads, all my credits had be utilised with no result to come about it! Cancelled my yearly subscription about 2 days after I paid for it and I had lost all my words for the rest of the year. Emailed them a couple days ago requesting a refund and still no response.

Absolutely appalled by UndetectableAI’s service. I tried to subscribe to a $19 plan, thinking I could use the 3-day free trial, but their system is completely deceptive. There is no way to cancel a plan, and when I tried to activate or switch plans, they charged me without my consent—not once, but twice, using my card automatically. I ended up being forced into multiple subscriptions I never agreed to. The whole payment system is reckless and unethical. I demand a full refund immediately. This is unacceptable and a blatant abuse of customers’ trust.

Claims it will humanize ai stuff but every single detector gave a 90-99% certainty it was ai when i tested it. Scam. Do not use.

This is a complete scam. DO NOT EVEN TRY or sign up for the free trial. I signed up for the free trial, and the results were just horrendous. I went to cancel my subscription right away but apparently I still got charged 3 days later even when I ALREADY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT!

They scammed me by charging me the full amount and not linking the subscription to my account. When I ask them for a refund they keep asking me to wait. Here's the deal I have been waiting a week now.

Terrible, an overall scam. Advertises a "free trial" that only allows you to test about 200 words I believe, and then they will charge you the entire year's subscription, not even the monthly rate advertised. Also, they WILL NOT REFUND/CREDIT you back even if you cancel your subscription the same day you signed up. The service it provides isn't even helpful, there are other free options out there that are better.

Scammers... They provide such a bad service, don't believe that they offer 3 days of free usage. They take the money from you and don't return it. It is almost impossible to solve anything with live support. I have been talking to their live support since the 15th and they keep telling me to please wait. Don't lose money to these scammers.

I tried Undetectable AI, and it's a complete waste of time and money. It claims to make AI-generated text undetectable, but after testing it with multiple AI detection tools, the text still gets flagged as AI-written. The "humanization" process doesn't actually change the writing in a meaningful way—it just alters sentence structures slightly without making it truly natural.

It's a scam. They want payment for the whole month upfront before showing you how it works, and if you cancel, you forfeit all remaining days and word counts immediately. The product itself is garbage. At best, it turns AI-generated content into a word salad. Granted, nobody will think it's AI. Waste of money, don't do it. Below is the text it generated for me on the highest readability settings.

Product is not useful. Can't analyze more than 500 words aprox. I have tried many times to scan 1000 words texts and it was showing an error the whole time

Cancellation policy sucks. If you cancel before the end of the subscription you lose all your credits - even though you already paid for them. In addition, there is no reminder or grace period for a refund when canceling an auto-bill setup. Any company that has to auto-bill its customers with no reminders or you lose all credits certainly doesn't have the customer in mind, only profits. I found their service in general to be okay. Most of the time CopyLeaks was way more reliable - consistently. I would not recommend.
