Mystery refund and no communication
Ordered a punch bag, received a text message from undisputed sports explaining that my bag had been damaged in transit, and was offered one in a different colour. I chose a different colour, and was told it would be sorted for me the next day. I then received a full refund through PayPal (which is still pending) with no explanation. I have tried to contact the company to resolve the issue multiple times but have had no response through either phone calls or text messages.
No communication with the customers whatsoever
It has been over a week since I have ordered my item and it’s not here yet. I haven’t even had a text or email to even notify me that it has been dispatched. I would like to know where my product is and when it will be here. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my mum but now it’s days late.

Placed an order for 2 items - received an email saying courier had lost the parcel and that they no longer have stock of one of the items. I was refunded the full amount but was disappointed they didn’t even offer to resend the other item!!

Wouldn’t order from here again
Ordered a BJJ belt, which I was then contacted and told there was an issue with the stocking on the website but they would swap it for a slightly more expensive belt (the one I actually wanted but the website said it was out of stock) and would send it straight away for no extra charge. I thought this was great and really good customer service. Over a week had past and I still hadn’t received an shipping confirmation or belt.
I then received an email to say I had been refunded. Contacted the company to find out why to be told they’d check ASAP and get back to me. 4-5 days it took them to then get back to me to say that the parcel had been refused when they attempted to deliver and this usually happens when delivered to an office. 1) my address is not an office, 2) usually if no ones in a courier will leave a note or try a neighbour who will accept parcels for me, 3) seemed weird it had been shipped but I wasn’t notified like they said.
So now I’m back to square one, 2 weeks on trying to find the belt I wanted. The initial contact I had with the company seemed hopeful and was impressed with the fast customer service which seemed to decline as the process went on.

Never dealt with the company before. However the company goes out of their way to help you. They have a clear understanding of there products and there price are very good. Excellent communication and a really good company to deal with. Sets a standard for others to follow. I'd recommend this company to anyone, you won't be disappointed.
