Patrick, Jenny and Shauna are all fab stylists and every time I go I enjoy being pampered . They all take time and make sure you are happy with cut and colour .

I normally feel a bit self conscious and uncomfortable when I need to get my hair done at a salon and so I tend to do silly things like cut my hair myself leading to disaster after disaster.
As I am reaching my 40th I wanted to just have a bit of an image change and so I put on my big girl pants and looked for a salon near me that can do perms. This was how I found Undone 470.
I literally challenge anyone to try and beat this place on customer service because I don't think I have ever been anywhere ( I travel a lot) where I have felt so welcomed and so looked after.
My hair is a nightmare at the best of times and so not only did the team do a great job (Rose, Jenny, Shauna) , but the follow up after having my hair done has been second to none. Richard has been extremely kind and a week after having my hair done I was asked how it was and is everything OK, I have never had that happen before and it shows that this salon is very different and to be honest a step up from all others. Patrick has set up a business that isn't just a salon, it really is a friendly, professional space where anyone can walk in off the street and be treated like they and their hair really matter. For the first time after having my hair done, I feel that my hair genuinely has been cared for and it hasn't looked good in a long time.
I just wanted to write this as I rarely write reviews and anyone local to Undone470 please don't even think twice, just do yourself a favour and get your hair done there.
