Amazing customer service!!
I had such a fantastic experience with Unfabled, couldn't recommend them enough! I had issues with the menstrual disc I purchased (no fault of Unfabled, product just wasn't the right fit for me), and I contacted Unfabled by email to see if they would match the 'return or replace product guarantee' that I would get if I had purchased the same product via the product's own website. They got back to me so quickly, were absolutely lovely and reassuring that they would match the guarantee, and asked me if I'd prefer trying a new size or getting a refund. I've opted to try the other size, and they immediately posted it for me. It was genuinely a pleasure to speak to someone on the team, I felt really valued as a customer, and will absolutely be ordering more from Unfabled. This kind of customer service is doubly impressive from a small company I feel! Thanks again Unfabled :))

Brilliant company to buy from. Had an issue with a product that didn’t arrive, so sent an email which was actioned immediately and the product was sent out same day and delivered just after 9pm that evening. Excellent service.

I stumbled across unfabled when googling ‘water bottles for cramps’ and I’m so glad I did! Their customer service is absolutely fantastic - my parcel got lost by the courier, so I contacted unfabled and they replied really quickly to confirm the parcel seemed lost and would send a replacement. Unfortunately the item I originally ordered was out of stock so they sent a more expensive alternative and covered the extra cost. The replacement arrived next day and for my trouble they also gave me 20% off for my next purchase, which will definitely come in handy! So rare to find such good service these days and feel as though you’re talking to a company that cares. Would highly recommend.

Unbeatable Customer Service
Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Unfortunately my parcel was stolen off my doorstep and it was a Christmas gift for someone. I informed Evri and they did nothing. I informed Unfabled and they sent a replacement for 100% free straight away! Kindest Christmas present
