Loved it - some awesome talks, entertainment and good food,

Negatives - It was a long way round from one room to the other.

Positives - vetted, good talks which were very entertaining, didn't like one so I went and listened to the other track, food was great, unlimited coffee after the night out! Sadly the timing was the same time as another big conference so a lot of people couldn't make it for both days (something to avoid next time!) but I will definitely be returning! Hopefully making the Vegas one too!

The event itself, as always is a 5-star experience but for me it was 4 stars.

Location - County hall is beautiful but to stay at or near the venue was incredibly pricey compared to the Vegas events.

Talks - The talks were powerful and informative. Great speakers. BUT - some of the speakers talked a lot of content that they spoke about before so there were a couple of talks I knew right away wouldn't be something I should go to.

I also thought there were less IM topical content. Meaning that in Vegas there was talks for Affil, PPL, SEO, PPC/SEA, whitehat, blackhat, etc. Seemed more straight forward in a negative way this time around.

Security was also non-existent. Constant pictures of presentations being taken (even without the presenter saying it was OK) and it was clear during at least 4 talks that people were recording them.

Regardless of those kinks, it's still something I'll be back for next year.

UnGagged was my first SEO conference outside of Hungary, and I was fascinated by the expertise of the organizers as well as the speakers. It was great for networking also! I will be there next year!

As previously mentioned in the reviews below, Ungagged is nothing like what it markets it self as i.e. a conference for intermediate and advanced SEO's in fact the things "taught" at the show is so rudimentary and laughable that you can't help but think that this is some sort of on-boarding for newbie and beginner SEOs alike.

I spent 2 days at the London show and took away NOTHING. There is no new knowledge being shared at all, in fact it seems more like a bro club where the speakers are a bunch of individuals just flying around at random SEO events acting as if they know what they are talking about and then plugging their own services either blatantly or a little less blatantly.

Advise to anyone thinking of attending an Ungagged conference know this. If you have spent 1 hour either researching or reading SEO news and forums for the past 3 months then you already know WAY more than you could ever pick up at this show. Don't waste your money.

Pretty underwhelming experience for a premium price conference.
Good intentions with excellent venue, let down by disappointing / inadequate speakers.
Cliquey vibe, bordering on the misogynistic - "Heyyy, this is one for the LADIES!!" - which, with a more progressive approach might attract something other the homogenous white, middle-class male crowd.
Much of the content covered community building - perhaps Ungagged London should practice what it preaches.

Eyeopener, worth every penny, goog for networking, great venue

It was great learning experience and hospitality was nice from the UnGagged team.

Having attended all three of the US UnGagged events so far I can honestly say it gets bigger and better every year without losing the intimacy that makes this event so special. The speakers are all extremely knowledgeable and provide excellent insight into SEO you won't find anywhere else. The event itself is run excellently by Damien and Greg and their team and honestly couldn't be happier with it each year. If you haven't been yet you really should attend.

We learned far more than we expected to learn at UnGagged. The facilities were great and the food was excellent. Met lots of nice people who were very helpful. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you.

Ungagged was a great event this year. The speakers shared some excellent nuggets of information. The networking opportunities were rewarding too. Ungagged is one of my favorite digital marketing and SEO/SEM events of the year.

You would think a digital marketing conference would know how to set hook up a laptop to a projector and insure good quality microphones for the speakers. Alas.

Fantastic event, with a number of interesting speakers and great opportunities to network. Well organized event!

Great material and speeches and networking!

I have been to many online marketing conference but UnGagged is the best.The speakers share actionable take home advice and no one is afraid to say what they want to say. Oh and the happy hours are great as well that is where the deals happen.

Each session provided many takeaways I was able to implement right away and see results quickly. The conference had a very friendly staff and by far one of the better lunch/dinner catered conferences I've attended,

I was hoping "Ungagged" to be a "cutting edge" and enlightening experience so that employees in my company could come back with fresh ideas to improve our SEO and take it to the "next level". Unfortunately, I was severely disappointed. There was not anything presented in the conference that my company was not doing already - In fact, in some areas we were doing things presenters of SEO and Local SEO, apparently, have not even thought of yet. So, I don't think we will be going again. I would, however, recommend "Ungagged" to SEO beginners as there is content there that may help them.

I was skeptical of a conference I had never heard of. I will be attending every chance I get, fantastic speakers, fantastic connections/networking opportunities.
