This company can improve by increasing the quantity of data in courses

Eligible time to study, good lectures and seminars,best response in regards with certificate and any other queries

The given topics are really matching with the current market and most importantly most of it are free

I enrolled in their DBA program based on the information on their website, which strongly suggested that graduates could “add Dr. beside your name” and that the degree would be widely recognized. However, I learned later that without an official Italian "Dottorato di ricerca" issued in Italian, the qualification is not recognized as an academic doctorate but just an institute certificate.

This critical detail was never made clear before enrollment. To make matters worse, even though my registration was processed, they refused to refund my paid registration fee.

In my opinion, this is not how a reputable academic institution should operate, and hope that other potential students deserve to know the reality before committing their time and money.

After completing my course, I was asked to make a payment to receive my certificate. I initially tried using my credit card but was unsuccessful. I then attempted to use my MasterCard debit card, but that also failed. Despite numerous attempts with my credit card, nothing worked. The next day, I tried the credit card again and was successful. A few days later, I noticed that UniAthena had charged me twice—once on my credit card and once on my MasterCard debit card. Both receipts listed Westford University.

I contacted UniAthena about the issue and was asked to provide proof of the double payment, which I did by sending both receipts. After uploading the receipts, I received a response stating, "Kindly wait; we are checking with our accounts team. Thank you for understanding!" Despite waiting, I have not received any further advice or response.

To be honest, this is my first and will be my last experience with UniAthena. I feel scammed because I was charged twice for a certificate that should have been charged only once. It is baffling that they are aware of my payment but seem unaware of the double charge. I find this situation hard to believe, and I am still waiting to get my money back. I am certain that the double charge must have been recorded in their system.
