Never delivered the product

The order was confirmed immediately, but it has still not been delivered, even though more than two weeks have passed.

When I contacted the company, I was told that the covers were being made and would be delivered within 3 to 12 days. However, I have still not received the order, nor have I received any explanation for the delay or any proactive update regarding the status of my order.

The lack of communication and failure to deliver within the promised timeframe has been very disappointing.
