It would be 0 , I got a finance through zopa and Zuto with this dealership I decided to cancel during my cooling off period which I am entitled too , this dealership told me they had sent the money back to the broker when they never did for at least 35 days even , my broker then had to issue a formal email/letter saying action would be taken if the money was not returned , literally tried stealing 6 grand

I brought a audi tt back in october. the car had just been moted
when i received the car it needed.
two front tyres
rear shocker bush was loose and beyond reapir
both rear calipers needed replacing.
all should of been advised on mot (im a tester myself).
i was also told the cambelt had been done and they lied.
it needs a thermostst on it.
told it have FSH history guess what it didnt.
the passenger door wouldnt open on the key but they never noticed.(another lie)
been in contact and they agreeded to pay for the door lock, timing belt and rear calipers. after weeks of battling with them i got the money for the timing belt and door lock. still waiting for the money for the rear calipers. now they have decided to just ignore me and not replay to my messages. im a mechanic so i said i just wanted the money for the parts i would cover the labour trying to do the decent thing.(wish i havent bothered).
also i was meant to get 6 months warranty with this vehicle guess what never got it. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR OF THIS COMPANY COMPLETE WAST OF TIME

Pro-active transparent service without surprises. They called me proposing a service on my car as they could see it was due since some time, flexible times, left the car the day before, text message when ready and no large surprises from a cost perspective
