The Squishmallow was nice however the way it was packaged the Squishmallow was flatten and we had to purchase additional stuffing in order for it to be like her other 20" Bigfoot Diane which is the same size and 20 inBigfoot Eden

Great buying experience! I was looking for the doll Emma (Trotties) and international delivery to Peru. I found both here. The customer service was excellent because they resolved doubts quickly and looked for the cheapest way to deliver it. They were always willing to help.The parcel arrived before the estimated date. It's amazing that distance is not a problem when you find the right site.

Really great small company.
The delivery was a couple of weeks delayed so I contacted them (in the evening) and received a response immediately.
Cheaper and better service than then big companies: and feels better to have the money go to a smaller company.

I preordered the Hammond Collection Brachiosaur from here with no problems. I had a nice 10% off first buy coupon as well.

The preorder has since arrived and I'm very happy. The only downside is I never got the dispatch notice because it went to my junk folder. Was a very nice surprise to see the post man bring a big box though!

Pre-ordered an item with them as after some shopping around, I found they not only had the item cheapest, I managed to get discount on top of that also. The item was predicted to arrive in October which was fine for me, but at the end of August I had an email to say it was being shipped as it came in early. This would usually be great, but I was going away before it would arrive (and my postie leaves parcels in my black bin which is a big no no when you’re not home for nearly 3 weeks!) so I contacted them via messenger to see if there was anything that could be done. They agreed to hold the item for me and posted it when I returned home. Fantastic customer service, and the item has arrived today and is perfect. Very highly recommend

Shipped promptly and items are in good condition! The quality of the box used in shipment can be improved. It came all dented. Luckily the items inside are intact and not squashed.
