Ordered a puzzle with a mounting system back in October 2020. One month later I sent an email asking where my order was, since I hadn't received a tracking code. After a bit back and forth they refunded me for the mounting system, but the puzzle was "stuck in customs".

Be vary of all the positive reviews of the company, as they informed me on December 1 and December 23, that they still couldn't deliver any puzzles to Europe.

Last time I heard from them was December 23. I'm still waiting for my full refund.

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a puzzle for Christmas on December 11th but hasn’t received it yet. Asked for a refund on December 23rd, when the order wasn’t even handed to the courier, and was informed it will take 5-6 working days to process. Didn’t receive it either. After countless unanswered emails, I was told the order is handed over to the courier on Monday 8th, long after I asked (and promised) a refund.

The company is a joke. You can find the same puzzles on Ali Express for a fraction of the price. Avoid Unidragon at all costs.

These puzzles are great. Mine had missing pieces. A note that came with the puzzle said to contact them if missing or broken pieces. Sounds great but they do not respond after several contacts. Puzzle great Company stinks. Don't trust them.

Ordered a puzzle on Dec 10th for a christmas present.
Was told they had no more of the Owl and could send aother, but bigger, so I paid the extra and am so far still waiting for the puzzle, a month later almost.
With a GLS delivery detail showing it was delivered back to the referrer in Slovakia!! I live in England.
no responses to any emails after 23rd december at all .
Have emails several times a week and sent proof that the puzzle was delivered to someone in Slovakia....
Unable to get a response at all...am asking for my money back, 77 euros.

I’m surprised by the negative reviews here! My 3 puzzle set arrived in days, well packaged and safe.

And the puzzles? EXQUISITE. A sheer delight. Like participating in art. Designed with genuine creativity and passion. Satisfying. Delightfully packaged.

No they are not paying me to review, I’m just a customer who took an expensive punt on a persistent Facebook ad. Puzzles are not cheap and the small one is pretty pricey for the size. But the detail and magic in the artistry made it worth the leap of faith!

I’m taking great pleasure in these puzzles and while they take a lot of adult help for my 8 year old as they are satisfyingly difficult, it’s special time spent together.

Ordered 2 so far, 1 for Christmas on the 17th which arrived on the 23rd. The second on the 28th for a birthday in January expecting a long wait. However it arrived earlier today (30th). Really impressed with the puzzle quality, would definitely order again.

Had waited for longer than a month now, even when they said it was going to be within 2 weeks, considering the whole COVID thing affecting us, I expected it to arrive late...
THE ISSUE IS, the tracking number shows it has been already delivered somewhere in the UK...
DELIVERED WHERE? not to my house! So I kept emailing them but their last answer was on the 25th of December saying "We will check your order and write to you as soon as possible". It's 29th ... Yeap, it's really really messed up shipping service, Don't think it's a scam though.

Scam! Ordered 4 medium size puzzles from unidragon.com on Dec 12 because I didn't see all the negative reviews at first and said shipping was 5 to 7 days. They were Christmas gifts. After a few days with no update I contacted them. Over the next few days I was told they were checking.......they were sorry for the bad experience......they were sending a refund and finally one that said the order was shipped (that email showed 4 puzzles smaller than I ordered for half the money I paid). I entered the tracking number that was provided in the email into the dhl.com site and there is no such number. It appears to me that they are thieves and stole over $200 from me. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!!

So I went straight to Unidragon's site to order some of their puzzles for my wife for Christmas. They all came in prestine condition and on time. I had absolutely no issues from them at all. Will be purchasing more in the future. Highly recommend.

Delivered fast to Romania in around 3-4 days since purchase. All 3 puzzles that I've ordered are exactly as expected: great design and solid quality.

I ordered 3 puzzles & they arrived several days before promised arriving date. The puzzles were in perfect condition & the customer service excellent👍🏼

Update:
2 months and several emails after the below Unidragon finally reimbursed me for the full amount and sent their apologies.
I therefore take back that they are dishonest - as they prove not to be - but it is such a pity that the whole encounter with them turned out to be so disappointing.

I can only try to warn off as many people as possible from this scam!
I placed an order for 4 jigsaw puzzles 5 weeks ago.
A wrong delivery was sent to me which I did therefore not pick up.
I immediately advised Unidragon, of their error and that I had not accepted the parcel.
The money was drawn from my account but since December 4th they have not replied to any of my Emails, nor have they confirmed a new correct delivery or refunded me - so they have literally stolen more than €150.00!!
I will of course take possible legal actions - and hopefully warn off others from being cheated by this completely dishonest company!

Ordered 26/11 would arrive in 4/5 days today is the 17/12 still no package or E. T. A. Not even after several mails. Very disappointing experience since it was supposed to be a present for 6thDec. Now the whole idea is ruined. Answer was it should arrive before Christmas.... Great a month for delivery. Get a grip it is 21 century your logistics department is not worth its name.

This is definitely a scam.
The page promised 2-5 days domestic shipping and i have been waiting almost two months.
Their only answear when asking about the order is that they will ”try to send it out on monday”.
I’ve had that reply four times now.
Cancelled my order and i’m hoping to get a refund...

Edit: I got get refund swiftly without any problems.

Complete honesty; It took them almost 3 months to deliver my puzzles.

I was in contact with support at least once every 2 weeks for about 1,5 months. For the longest time it seemed like it was a scam and that they were just stalling.

I had a total of 4 tracking numbers. 3 for DHL, who never picked up the package (probably Unidragon's fault).
One for GLS, which turned out to not be my tracking number.

All very frustrating, but in the end they delivered.

I think part of the trouble with the shipping of my order was them getting the hang of Domestic Shipping in EU.
I hope, and believe that they will do better in the future.

I ordered 4 puzzles to switzerland. In less than a week, they have been here - very fast, awesome! And normally we have to pay extra taxes for everything in switzerland but not for those puzzles, thank u a lot. -great job.
I already made 2 small puzzles on the first evening - i am very addicted now. wanted the other 2 puzzles as presents for christmas for friends but i feel like i want them for myself now. GREAT QUALITY, awesome colors, very beautiful packaging - i totally love the product.

Very unprofessional work with shipping. Ordered my puzzle as a present for my godson on 14th of october. After two weeks sent them mail about the delivery, as nothing happened. They aswered fast and promised to take a look. Nothing happened. I mailed them twice to get an answer. Now the courier had changed to notorious Colissimo. Still something wrong with the delivery.
After two weeks again mailed them twice, but got no answer.
Really running out of patience now, after 41 days of waiting as they promise "DOMESTIC EU SHIPPING - 2-6 DAYS WITHOUT CUSTOM FEE" on their website.
Really afraid of just loosing my money.

I ordered two puzzles and I never had feeling that they was managing my order. If you try to ask about the status of the order, the answer is a typical copy-paste ( "...Our supply to Europe warehouse stocks at customs for the reason beyond our control. We are planning to ship your order in a few days...".
I asked again information and I got reply that in "few days" they will ship puzzles.
I never received a progress and a tracking number and after two weeks I canceled the order.
In my opinion is a pure fake and anyway the company offer a poor level of support to customers without any visibility of progress.
Please don't trust in 5 stars reviews, they are obviously single users "friends" of Unidragon.

I've ordered a guardian dragon puzzle (small) from your website on 21 October. The puzzle arrived in pieces. Not just in puzzle pieces, but horribly broken, missing pieces. I couldn't complete the puzzle as pieces were missing and some of the pieces I had are so broken, they can't fit in the spaces or missing bits from them.

The frame itself was in bits and pieces. I have no idea if they sent it like this or the couriers played football with my package.

I would like to mention that I sent them the summary of above and, although I received no apologies or explanations, they responded that they will refund me fully, which they did in 2 days - so not having a problem with the service, just the product.

Got my money refunded two times so really I wondered if unidragon is a Scam. @unidragon: your service is poor atm - you don't really read what customers write to you, do you? Please do yourself a favor and hire professional sales/service people. I am sure, the scam-entries will then disappear.. Thats why you get only 4 stars. This time.

Why 4 stars now, you may ask? Heres why - and this goes out to all of you: unidragon.eu puzzles are pure art, cute, awesome! The unpacking seems like opening a new iPhone: the wood-box with its little perfectly cut, colorful puzzle pieces in it - each one of them a small work of art. Plus the one small wood-dragon from the logo, cuddling a puzzle. So lovely!

Fact: Order at unidragon.eu (and hope they have trained their personnel about whats customer care), wait a few days (ultra-fast shipping from Samara/Russia) and you will receive a puzzle you and your loved ones have never seen before. Just one thing left to say: 🤩
